valuable if you stated some reasons why you don't support.
Nope and most critical reasons are already given in this thread or the duplicates from the past.
Perhaps go back a few pages.

Exactly!
Jokku nailed it again!!!

7.
Jokku23
received news from The Ports that many of the recruits had lost party hats to shark attacks. This led to the development of Treasure Hunter "Partyhat Maps" which may be won on Treasure Hunter or traded to those who are inventive and aren't afraid of sharks.

I think all of the criticism has been addressed.
But, if you feel that something is unclear or has been missed,
feel free to present a case.
There are many reasons in favor of supporting Partyhats on Treasure Hunter, one of these reasons focuses on the overpowered flip/merch/investing leech mechanic.
Flip/merch/investing Partyhats is a leech mechanic that extracts gold pieces from other players. Like a sponge, flip/merch/investing Partyhats mooches off everyone else (and, the proponents of it seem to become somewhat testy when the light of reason shines on their peculiar activities.)
Partyhats on Treasure Hunter is an excellent way to nerf the overpowered flip/merch/investing leeching activity of Partyhats.
Partyhats on Treasure Hunter will help wean the flip/merch/investing mooching activity away from the Partyhat market and bring a better balance to the game.
Having said that, there are a variety of variations about the manner in which the nearly extinct original Partyhats would appear on Treasure Hunter. One of the more interesting methods is
Partyhat Maps:
Jokku23
received news from The Ports that many of the recruits had lost party hats to shark attacks. This led to the development of Treasure Hunter "Partyhat Maps" which may be won on Treasure Hunter.
So, yes, if you have an interesting idea or additional suggestions about Partyhats on Treasure Hunter, this is a great place to flesh out those thoughts!
Partyhats on Treasure Hunter is the right thing to do!
It's a multiple win for everyone, including you!
For The Win, Support Partyhats on Treasure Hunter!

I don't see it being addressed at all. Well unless you think sophistry are a 'valid ' reasons, then I agree. But let's not be stupid ay?
Ironically, perhaps you should follow your own advice.
But, by all means, feel free to present your case.
Please explain what you feel hasn't been addressed?

You guys know if you keep overselling the cheerful act to try to sell the idea of rereleasing the most prized item the game currently has, that support list is going to start retracting itself...
Personally I want to just add some realness for you guys. A lot of those in the support list just don't like that there's some items with such ridiculous price tags that take dedicated hours upon hours of the MOST profitable methods in game to get 1 item. Understandable, but that's not enough reason to lower them.
My support has it's limitations, based around not destroying them or their purpose. And in fact I've only tried to expand on their purpose.
If there is a very slight increase in the supply available in game, they would lower, but would not be destroyed. Their purpose remains intact and now even more people can possibly get one and partake in their main purpose. Owning/trading a top tier/marketable rarity.
I like the TH idea because it could do just that, slightly increase the supply without flooding an unnecessary number into the game, destroying them. As a TH event, very few come in at a time especially if given a low chance of successfully winning one.
Stop putting so much emphasis on parties and cheer, realize that these are the highest quality rare for a reason... the originals wont be rereleased for that. Even new low quality ones won't happen for that.
Personally, I also support a lottery item more rare and valuable than the 200m. 200m really only "helps" people who don't know what working in runescape is. But winning something like this is winning the Powerball irl. It's a life changer.
I still support my store suggestion more, as it's all about the purpose of Partyhats.
New colors
Rare
Untradable
Refundable
Status Symbols of being a billionaire OR BETTER! (without literally wasting 5b in well of goodwill for the Billionaire title)
Set pricing + easy access
Tradable Rares are the endgame goal for merchants.
These are a SAFE Cosmetic Endgame

Also it's unfortunate that only trollish people are the ones complaining constantly. They aren't necessarily wrong, but they also don't argue entirely valid points. In fact most of what I've just read following my previous posts has been nonsense.
Why do you guys think you rarely see me anymore? It's so hard to come back and think these forums are serious.. nonsupporters are trolls and the supporters expect too much.
Nothing will ever get done unless people can realize their own behavior and willingly take new perspectives into consideration. And this goes for everybody.

nonsupporters are not trolls, this is a terrible idea and I would never waste time arguing with anyone over it

...Personally I want to just add some realness for you guys...
Dude, you wanna get real, check it out:
Runescape is a game.
The Partyhats discussed here are pixel objects in a fantasy world.
The reality is that the Christmas Crackers contained Partyhats and were released for everyone to enjoy over the holidays. Their only purpose is to bring people together to open the Christmas Crackers and celebrate the holidays wearing pixel objects known as Partyhats.
If there is any "billionaire club purpose," then the Partyhats are set on a course that is similar to the Toy Horsey or "commission staking," etc.
That is the realness of the situation.
For this reason, the Partyhats should be released again in order to nerf the overpowered "billionaire club" flip/merch/investing leech mechanic of the current Partyhat market.
So, releasing the Partyhats again is economically sound and good for the game.
Thus, Partyhats on Treasure Hunter is an excellent way to balance the game because it addresses the overpowered flip/merch/investing leech mechanic of the current Partyhat market.
