I'm not sure if claiming a Jmod broke the law can be considered discussing about our fansites.
I don't think we'd need guidelines to know that doing that would not go down well with said Jmod.
Well the 1st situation your talking about happen before that said JMod was ever a JMod. But yet that said JMod is still the owner of that Fansite, but I am not putting this whole thread into that situation. My view of having guidelines and rules is just to set a structure within this forums as well as the Fansite program. I am looking to better the fansite program, and yet there is still some few issues that all fansites is not given equal opportunity.
Again I respect your views and respect where your coming from, I get that and I understand that. But there is still a since that people can lose their "privilege" to be in this forums base on discussion's and topics they do out side this forums. There is no where within the RuneScape Rules, Code of Conduct and Terms & Conditions that prevent someone from discussing topics outside of the RuneScape forums as well as on this Specialist forums.
At the end of the day to me I think some people can't take feedback or the pressure and they find reasons to justify their actions. Which to me is unfair, but I think JMods should be held upon the same rules we are. Because I felt situation where I was in the since Blackmailed and I spoken and typed the things I wanted to type I would of had actions taken on me base on a small text. Again that is unfair and it makes me not feel open to discuss things.
I rather not be in a forums where everyone do not give a opinion or say how they feel. If we have a forums like that it will be pointless and meaning less it will be "Yeah CHEERS!! That is amazing *insert Smile faces*.
I totally get the whole direction of this but I'm not sure if such a structure would fit well within this board. It doesn't have much traffic and activity, and any expectations from Jagex or jmods shouldn't be present since I ASSUME access to this board is a right granted by them, we don't really have any right to be here.
If they want to remove people, they reserve the right to do it for whatever reason. It's their site, their board, they administer it. Rules would just make this board rigid and inflexible for everyone.

See I fully understand you and agree with you. But in all honesty this specialist forums was created to communicate with other fansite. Would it be right for a single JMOD to remove someone from this forums base on the topic or discussion they mention or discuss?
I will use Tip.it as a example for something, let's say they created a taboo news post on their site and it got a lot of people discussing it. Since tip.it is a Runescape fansite, someone decided to mention it on this forums and make it a discussion topic. Would it be right for a individual Jagex employee to remove that person forums access and justify their actions?
There is no where on tthis forums that say what we can and can not discuss. To me one main reason why this forums is so dead is because of Jagex wall or that one individual at Jagex not willing to encourage people to post or ask for feedback.
I have the up most respect for Mod Matthe, I enjoy how he treat the Clan Leader forums, I wish that he would being that treatment here. I still honestly feel Jagex treat their Youtubers and streamers far more better then they treat their fansites.
I am sorry I went off topic a little with my post. But deep down I do wish to see this forums more active. I also wish we had someone in the Web team as our curator or have their presents here more.
