I'd say yes to that, I mean why would only their heads become skeletal? Especially since it's a "minimum mode" for them to survive, they let the flesh and skin wither to save as much energy as possible for basic survival when they aren't having enough for some reason to live in "full mode". But when rejuvenated, they have enough energy to keep up a full body if they want to, and once again, why would their body be different then from their faces?
And I suppose their anatomy is kind of alike humans', just a bigger and stronger version of it, of course, and their flesh and muscles are covered by that greyish, "stone-like" skin as it's thicker and harder than human skin.

I'd say yes to that, I mean why would only their heads become skeletal? Especially since it's a "minimum mode" for them to survive, they let the flesh and skin wither to save as much energy as possible for basic survival when they aren't having enough for some reason to live in "full mode". But when rejuvenated, they have enough energy to keep up a full body if they want to, and once again, why would their body be different then from their faces?
