So, while I love thee quest due to it's combat and information answered, here is a list I want to share on what I found out during the quest. Note spoilers ahead, be warned!
1. Armadyl might be into men and women. The first being a he, second being a "they"
2. Vorago only attended in the game as in act of police towards the gods, incase they damaged the Anima, something he should have done awhile ago, and regrets not doing it then. He also disagree with Armadyl's method, stating that his battle with Bandos, and method to killing him also damaged the Anima Mundi, something Vorago wishes he should have prevented.
3. We find out that Armadyl was actually the first one to build his tower, and to kill Bandos, something that goes against his belief, as he accused, and killed without evidence. As stated by seren.
3. Saradomin explained his side to Garlandia's story, which makes me hate him more. According to him the Icyene's homeworld was going to face war, and Saradomin wanted to have all of them fight to protect the race. Garlandia refused, wanting a more peaceful approach. Saradomin wanted to follower her words, and do as she said, but he refused because he felt this would kill the icyene, so instead of reasoning with her, he wanted to show them what they would face if they did not fight. So he showed no mercy towards her, to prove they mercy isn't an option in war.
4. Saradomin had a wife.
5. Saradomin had united Teregard, creating priest and higher ranks to watch over it (sounds familiar..... wait a minute.) It is also known that he hasn't return visit it at all.
6. Saradomin seems to know a bit too much from what he says.
7. Zamorak stayed true to his word (he has no choice.) And was slowly being victim to his aura once again.
8. Zaros is lying once again, he knew Char was dying.
9. We find out that both Zaros and Seren made a deal with Armadyl to aid him in the aviansie crisis. (post quest you can tell him he created teh nihil, which changes his view) Oh, Armadyl is very sensitive about his race, like Seren is about her elves.
10. It seem Saradomin was forced to making a deal with Zaros (really wtf man?)
11. The Dragonkin had managed to destroy the stone with the Mirror.
12. We killed Sliske with the staff of armadyl, but he is part of us now... help me.... wait do we keep the staff?
13. WE FIND OUT SLISKE MASTER WAS JAS!
14. Zaros was denied his "Birthrights", only to continue and get mad after being denied it, proving all he wants is power.
15. We are now representing mortals, something Zaros wanted to do, but failed.
16. We now know new elder artifacts, no information about them.
17. Now we must prove to each elder god why life should continue, with Jas as Judge, the other elder gods agree to this, who were listening to the conversation.
18. Wights are now free from Sliske's control, but are trapped in that state forever.
19. Sliske can control our body when he wants to... HELP
Anyway, all that is what we learned, what do you guys think, anything I missed out? What are your thoughts in these new lore.
Zaros knows a great many things. Certainly more than you. But he doesn't know all or see all, how could he have known the state Char was in all the way from Freneskae with no body?
I think someone is agreeing with Sliske out of spite.
As for your other point, it does not prove all he wants is power at all. He wants to achieve his birthright, to create life, for that yes you do need power, but he doesn't seek power for powers sake.
I have a feeling Sliske is going to use his new...residence.. to his advantage and try and speak "For us" when we're making our case to the elder gods.
But even then, even if he had been destroyed, Wen is on that list. The one whose only existence is to destroy life. I'm betting she'll be the last one.
Bik I'm betting will prove tricky, if the concept art is anything to go by, christ.
As for Ful, we've maintained a good relationship with her creations, I think she'll be willing to hear us out.
Actually that last one question that Jas given us there was an option to reveal the last of the elder artifacts. I'm sure someone posted it somewhere in these forums
It was needle, hammer, and 2 more I think...
edit: there!

- Icthlarin and Amascut aren't Tumeken and Elidnis' physical children (they couldn't have children). They were pets who were infused by portions of their owners' essence.
- Saradomin has a daughter who's still alive (now we know the weakness mentioned in hero's welcome). Cant remember her name, it was something beginning with A. PQD suggests she doesn't like him. I wonder how she's still alive after all these years.
- Armadyl's got style. Arriving with lightning is badass.
-
I have noticed your kind does tend to blindly stumble forward towards danger simply because it exists. What is your word for that?
- We call it being a hero.

Zaros kidnapped Saradomin's daughter to use as leverage to get the Stone if Saradomin won it. From what I understand, Seren kidnapped her from Zaros because she didn't trust him (but she is using her for the same reason).
Post-quest Saradomin reveals that Seren returned his daughter to him, and she is now safe.
Does Saradomin's post-quest dialogue still indicate that his daughter was returned by Seren even if Saradomin only had a pact with Zaros?
You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

It depends on whether you gave Seren the Dark Shard or not. If you have done then she takes the daughter from Zaros and returns her. If you didn't then Zaros returns her after the quest. (I think)
I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend to be one of those deaf-mutes
