So one thing I thought about after this quest is that despite Kerapac played the villain this time, he's actually... right.
His methods are often ruthless and brutal, but his motives are always pragmatic. The Elder Gods are eldritch all-powerful beings, outright killing them seems to be more sensible than putting everyone at their mercy trying to appease them.
On the other hand, Seren's idea is just... silly, or rather naive. Building a garden to impress beings that built planets? She said that this would make the Elder Gods see mortal lives as more than food for their eggs. Well, imagine one day the food in your fridge built a mini house or something, will you stop eating them when you and your kids are hungry?
Also, Kerapac's plan doesn't necessarily have to kill everyone on Gielinor, if I'm not mistaken, he just wants to destroy the planet and the Elder Gods with it. Considering that most of Gielinor's inhabitants are brought from other realms, why can't we just evacuate as many of them as possible to their homeworld. While some home planets are no longer habitable, seeing that Yu'biusk could be suggested for the garden proposal, some effort could make it habitable again? Also, some races could share planets as Armadyl suggested to Seren in Sliske's Endgame.
Side note: Now that I think of it, many races practically uprooted their entire population to Gielinor (aviansies, vampyres, elves, Yu'biuskans, and etc). I find this somewhat disturbing, as an entire planet emptied just so that they could go to some 'paradise' world that turns out to be messy as heck.
Obviously, for gameplay reason, Jagex can't implement the 'great evacuation', but it does seem reasonable and I hope that they don't let Kerapac become Xenia 2.0.
