Look, i think it's real nice how highly you think of your god but he just isn't as 'great' as you keep saying. Once i got to page 2 i started literally LOLing for like 3 and a half minutes. After that it just got really irritating and i had to stop reading. If you make him perfect then he becomes a "Mary Sue" and nobody wants that. He truly believes that he is better than everyone else. He ripped off a poor girls wings. I don't care what happened, there is no excuse for that. He helped slaughter the Naragi. Again, i don't care that he decided to help them in the end. He attacked them. He can't even see that Zamorak's teaching can actually make sense. This is not his world. Even if we are better off with him protecting it. You don't just decide that your best friends new born baby is better than yours and take it and run off with it. It's the same thing. And it's wrong. He is far too emotional to be a god. He hurts far too many. All he ever does in make up for past mistakes. I can't trust someone who brings my friend back from the dead as a half zombie. He couldn't just let Owen rest in peace. He had to go mess things up AGAIN. He is unfit to be a god. I actually prefer Bandos over him. And i really, really, really HATE Bandos. But at least Bandos doesn't mess up as much and as bad as Saradomin. At least he does the things he does on purpose.

My conclusion from what we've got so far is that Saradomin is an arrogant bully, and I will only side with him in situations (like DoC) where we're on the same page of protecting the world from devastation.

He is not, and probably will never be classified as evil. Just a man trying to conquer the universe, and stomp out anyone that stands in his way. Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

That's a stretch. It seems more logical that they blame Saradomin for the current state of affairs on their homeworld. What's the current state of affairs? Saradomin has been recruiting away healthy icyene for his wars for thousands of years. The story mentions [the priest?] as "one of the few to escape Gielinor", implying they almost all died in the war.

Without their god or their soldiers to enforce order, there was chaos. It's mentioned the main thing the rebels were after was food, implying struggles with their food supply. Saradomin is the one who helps them find new islands (Pandomenes dialogue I think) so that clicks together.

short version: No soldiers, no god, no order. No help finding best islands to farm, struggles over food. Causes peeved, hungry icyene who blame Saradomin. Makes more sense than "Boo, we hate order for some reason!" Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.
