It's an Elder God egg, and she was pregnant. (No idea how she mustered up the anima to make it though.) Regardless, something like this would be incredibly useful for Zaros's plan. He could convert it into another Stone of Jas or let the newborn Elder God hatch and possess its body.
Also, my guess on how Sliske avoided the degeneration every other Mahjarrat was undergoing - he simply replaced lost power with power from the Stone of Jas. Though this could lead to big consequences with the Dragonkin in Sliske's Endgame, especially considering Sakirth has earned himself an invitation. Though I hope to god we don't get a second Dragonkin ex Machina.
Theories aside, question - Is there any change in the dialogue if you sabotaged Zaros in Fate of the Gods?

I'd like to know about the difference too, for me
Zaros made Zamorak keel over during his stupid attempt to "End" Zaros, perhaps it goes the other way if you sabotage him?

Not going to use spoiler tags because if you don't want spoilers don't click on a thread with the title of the thing you don't want spoiled.
Azzandra's dialog seemed to me that he was suggesting he was on the brink of Godhood.
Also either Zemmy is an imposter or he has a dad who is an exact clone of him right down to the name . It also means that Seren is his mother... Kinda
Seeing the Zemouregal gravestone was quite a surprise, I'll not tag this one since it's not related to the plot.
But that is an excellent Azzanadra theory. I'll be sure to spread that.

Also, dialogue with one of the Zamorakian Mahjarrat (I think it was Bilrach, but can't remember) suggested that Azzanadra was someone to watch out for... that he was wielding the "power of madness" or something similar.
Just went to check, and there is unfortunately no post-quest dialogue with Azzanadra.

Azzanadra having a touch of madness is nothing new. We knew from his memory that he isn't exactly sane.
I imagine this will be the thread that leads to us going back in time and visiting the Asylum in Silvarea. To either help cure him or help him come to terms with it (player choice?).
As for his increased power, and potential godhood, there is a touch of poetry there. If he ascends, both of Zaros Maximi will have reached godhood. One through betrayal, the other through loyalty.
