I disagree with two things:
1) The Elf serie should be considered 5th Age until Roving Elves. Roving Elves is required for The Prisoner of Glouphrie so the elves trust you enough to allow you in Lletya. Also, Sir Owen is responsible for killing Iban. In the quest you make a comment about your encounter with Iban during Underground Pass. Catapult Construction however doesn't need to be 5th Age (it seems you forgot that one).

2) Big Chompy Bird Hunting is necessary for two sub-quests of RFD. Zogre Flesh Eaters is required for Rum Deal, but I don't know with the whole disease thing.

You seem to have forgotten:
- Desert series (possibly 5th Age)
- My Arm's Big Adventure (6th Age)
- Dwarf series (possibly 5th Age)
- Eagle's Peak (6th Age)
- Enlightened Journey (6th Age)
- Ernest the Chicken (required for Animal Magnetism and that required for Do No Evil)
- The Blood Pact and Carnillean Rising (not sure, Hazeel's Cult necessary for latter)
- One Piercing Note (5th Age, referenced in The Death of Chivalry)
- Song From The Depths (6th Age, maybe 5th Age for Dragonkin?)
- Tower of Life (and thus Deadliest Catch, 6th Age)
- Watchtower (6th Age)
- As A First Resort... (6th Age)
