As much as I like your creative names for the gods, I don't think it's just "they had kids" that was being meant in the original post bringing this up.

Family and the value therein.
(He and Elidinis are the only gods on Geilinor that we know of to create and invest time into children).
It certainly seems as if creating children who were ''descended'' from them in some way was a major component of what T+E felt they needed to be a family. But the matter of
raising them
is also a crucial part of that.
A lot of the other gods have a similar deal, though often either in the sense of ''direct descendant(s)''
or
''raising a child/children'' rather than both:
Armadyl
had Ra'arth and Tepras -- adopted children rather than descendants, but still children that he raised and still absolutely family to him.
Guthix
had Aagi, of course -- both his own descendant and someone he cared for himself. This was pre-godhood, though, after which it seems as if there was no one else who filled the role of a child for him.
Saradomin
... he had a family pre-godhood; now he has Adrasteia, and while he certainly considers her to be a daughter in some way, who knows how they're really related?
Zamorak
had a child who was directly descended from him, but did none of the raising himself -- pretty much just handed over his parental duties to Hazeel while he fought the God Wars. While he
has
been shown as a father figure to Moia, she's not descended from him. So he's had both of these components, but with different people.
I'd also add
Zaros
-- an interesting case in that he did roughly the same as Tumeken and Elidinis did, infusing his essence into a separate being. He doesn't consider Nex his daughter, though, and she pretty much raised herself.
