Do you really think you can save them, Raleirosen? You can't. There is a dark shadow looming over you every waking moment. And its name is
JOHN CENA!!!!!!!

Wahi has been a member since 2005, Wahisietel is Xau-Tak confirmed!
Ali the Wise was actually a Mahjarrat in disguise, who was disguised as a Mahjarrat who is actually an evil God. Sweet.

So, regarding the treasure that Gustaf brought aboard in Death at Sea. There are two other references to treasure that are possibly connected to Xau-Tak. There's the chest that Rabid Jack jumped overboard with, and the "cursed treasure" from Olaf's Quest.

Could these all be related?
Is it possible that 2 of those, possibly even all 3, are the same chest?

Followers of the Eternal Darkness wait patiently for Its appearance, chanting and dancing around the pits of fire and the slime covered obsidian idols, taken from the pillars of the Great Sunken City.

I'm wondering if there's any connection between Xau-Tak and either Marimbo or Apmeken.

The cave and jungle horrors are both apelike; perhaps they originally served Marimbo or Apmeken before Xau-Tak stole them away.
I doubt Apmeken was involved since she was from the desert and Tumeken found her, but Marimbo is a possibility. She might actually be working on helping fight Xau-Tak now. If that's true it gives me a good reason for siding with her in Cabbage Facepunch...as well as being a monkey.

Not in the absolute slightest.

Those two are light hearted comic relief characters and while both sharing physical traits-ish are not connected in any single way.

To theorize any connection between them and XAU-TAK of all gods. Christ. :L
