What's the name of the Ocean to the east of The Western Lands? Can we really rule out that Atyl-Atys is not the name of the ocean?

Is it worth mentioning that the Atyl-Atys is latin for Atylus-Free? Did you you know that
Atylus seems to be a genus classification for some shrimp creatures. Does this mean anything???? Nothing? or Everything?
