Hey quick question, what Faq was it that said Guthix stole his humans from Saradomin, or was it the campfire? In it I believe it said Saradomin hadn't been around in a long time, which is why the humans were willing to join guthix.

Q: When Guthix brought humans to Gielinor, did they already know of Saradomin? Why or why not?
Mod Raven: Yes, Saradomin was the god that governed the humans, though they may not have seen him for a while.
Mod Osborne: It would be interesting to know if these humans told Guthix about Saradomin, and whether Guthix then related that to the Saradomin of his homeworld. Did he bring the humans to Gielinor, and away from Saradomin, as some form of revenge?

Thanks and here is another one from the campfire

Ok here's a big one why did Guthix bring humans to Gielinor? It was said that Guthix only brought beings who had no knowledge of gods but humans did being that they knew Saradomin.

Raven:

The humans that Guthix took to Gielinor were one of the colonies of Teragard and had likely been away for long enough that their culture moved away from the worship of gods to something more specific to their world.

I don't think i can forgive any of the murderous gods for what they did, none of them received punishments for what they did so until they do, i can never forgive them, even if they have changed.

Its the same irl, if someone murders someone, even if they feel really bad for it later, they still go to prison.

And what punishment would be befitting of the player character then, in your opinion? After all we have hunted creatures for sport and loot, and killed many more creatures in the names of either divine or mortal causes.

This is precisely what I meant when I said that the word abandoning is not always as harsh as it sounds, and that we know to little to judge this.

Exactly, Rax and I were talking about this earlier, we came to the conclusion that abandonment is not always a bad thing, it was sort of a mutual abandonment, they abandoned worshiping Saradomin and Saradomin abandoned governing them.

I also came up with the theory that Saradomin had left them, leaving them a code to live by, and telling them eventually he will return. Almost a biblical situation. During his absence he went searching for other mortal races who would follow him, Naragi, Icyene, Centaurs, lions ect. However due to Saradomin being gone, the people lost their faith, that or felt abandoned by Saradomin, and stopped worshiping him, which is why it was so easy for guthix to pick them up.

Well I don't find training the skills and random monster kills to be a canon part of the story. I don't know about you but my character hasn't murdered anyone in quest. Murder being cold blooded killing someone. As well not ending the life of anyone that weren't either legal to kill due to self defense and were generally a horrible monster who in turn murdered many others. The exceptions being when I was tricked into killing a good king, and random non fully sentient creatures, who were in turn attempting to kill me in the process, Dragons, big dogs, nihls ect. The king or whoever seeks justice for his death, tho i don't think he is dead,i think should indeed be able to punish my character as much as he thinks is needed, even if it means killing him. Though i think they most likely need my character.

I'd say killing a mother wolf and her puppies unprovoked just to train a snot nosed brat is semi-evil.

Although that's probably Xenia's fault more or less.

I really hate her, hope to kill her in a future quest.
I will protect Gielinor. Zaros has no love for its people.

They were wild animals, last i checked killing them wasn't illegal. plus it wasn't me that killed them. Well i did kill the aggressive version of it after the quest, but it was like i said aggressive and wanted to kill me, and I don't think the fight was canon.

Did you do Underground Pass? Then you killed three innocent paladins so you could continue on.
