Player, Myreque, and Vanescula fight an epic battle with Drakan.
Everyone is bloodied but still standing. Drakan decides enough is enough and is going to end us once and for all.
Before he can gather all of his magic ... A few legs from the spider emerges from the dark and drags Drakan into the darkness.
Cue blood curdling scream.

Just when some wonder if he is dead or now or if someone is going to have to go in there to check ... his head rolls out from the cave ...

ugh, and I thought Rotm was bad for the Dragonkin ex machina. I don't like main antagonists being killed by third parties, its just anticlimactic. "We call it being a hero"

^To be fair, at least RotM could justify the dragonkin thing with some foreshadowed lore compared to a freaking spider that had no mention of even existing anywhere before a week or so ago all of a sudden interrupting a plot it has no place in so far.

Same here. I'll keep throwing a few dozen minions at it and see if it drops anything we might have missed, but so far we haven't found anything vampyre related :<

After i finished Plagues end the other day I decided to have a look at West Ardounge to see what would of changed after the revolution. The most noticeable thing was all the mourners in the area were replaced with knights of Ardounge. The whole thing makes me wonder if we could see the same thing happen with Meiyerditch/Darkmeyer after the final myreque quest is released we'll probably end up with icyenes flying around as opposed to vyrewatch, or simply just have them replaced with regular citizens

I would prefer if the Vampyres stay there if the only other option are icyenes. 1 more woman like zilyana and im ripping their wings off personally
