A: 3. I loved some of the ideas that were bandied about concerning Sliske, and whether he was working under Guthix's orders. They make sense, and would add intrigue to the story, but they are not true, I am afraid.

3. There are things I like about this concept, and things I don't. It's one possible path we could take with Sliske, but that's all it is at this point



It really didn't answer my question in the first instance and not confirmed or denied in the second. All we learn is that Sliske was not operating under Guthix orders. So I assume not only has Sliske's endgame not been finalised, but that he could do anything.

We do know he is NOT a god.
We do know that the direction of his actions were his own idea.
Anything else would seem to be speculation, he might have world guardian powers...
Or he may not. This is Sliske we're talking about :P The purpose of adventure is to shine light into dark places,
Poke monsters with a sharp stick, Then steal anything that isn't nailed down!

This is my 1st time here so I guess I'll say.....



Hey guys, I am new to Lore Discussion forum and I actually like some of the lore of Runescape and hope to stay around here and there. I know Mod Osbourne is the best at this kind of stuff. I'll pop in here and there when I can. :D

Alright, I've recently completed The Temple at Senntisten and throughout the dialogues, Azzanadra happened to mention that Sliske may not use the Staff of Armadyl and ascend to godhood.

Does thing change after what Zaros told Sliske upon his return in Fate of the Gods or can this still mean that Sliske has no interest in becoming a god but rather watching the gods destroy themselves in petty wars? Old forum user.
