Bobby doesn't really work as a Chthonian name but the story of the shocky-rat is totally in.

Are you sure it isn't just an oddly shaped killerwatt or an experiment which combined a killerwatt with a giant rat. Things to consider.

Shocky-rat is a rat who's shocky.

Anyways, I really laughed at the Bobby story, partially because I had the huge many eyed creature in the right in mind as Bobby.

Bobby is the one just down and to the left of Azzanadra.

Page 4 linked now. Page 5 tonight.

Not sure I'm going to have time to tidy up pages 6+. They get very, very rough from then on. I can either keep posting one per day with terrible art (think concept art friday quality) or post them much slower but tidy them up. Any preference?

I don't mind either way. It's a first draft regardless.

If you do decide to release then slower perhaps you could do commentaries on the pages describing what it is shoeing and who it is showing.

And that is Bobby, the Chtonian. He's had a hard life. Other Chtonians got to eat lots of beings, while Bobby never had the chance. Sometimes he wonders how awesome he would be if he would just eat that Azzanadra guy. Then he remembers how dead he'd be if he just ate that Azzanadra guy.

In fact, the last time he got a good meal was a while back. There was an electric rat, running loose in Senntisten, shocking civilians at will. Bobby ate it. He was a hero, for all of five minutes. Then some Mahjarrat mentioned a big military victory. Nobody remembered the guy who got rid of the shocky-rat.

Perhaps it's hard to understand the plight of a Chtonian. Most people don't go through life thinking "I could eat that guy", nor would it seem like a reasonable ploy to gain some favorable trait. Such is Bobby's curse. He is banished to the existential abyss, as well as the physical one.

What if Bobby is short for Onabobulus?

If it was intended to be released with Mahjarrat Memories, then surely it would be acceptable to show us now? Especially if it was accidentally overlooked

Onabobulus sounds great for Bobby's race name, but it just doesn't come off well as a name IMO. Either let him have a short name like Obnob, or an extremely long one like Obnibolabnosaurus for the lols.

Though I wonder what role he has in the court. Perhaps he's a page or errand boy of sorts.. I'm too Unaligned to have a forum signature.
