This is the first one and with the most votes I found, so I'll assume that this was the one from the livestream. It has 74% approval basically, so it invalidates the JMods' straw poll which helps your cause significantly. Stop luring PKers outside the wilderness, it's unfair.

Apart from the fact that Oldschool is from 2004 - 2007, & summoning wasn't released till 2008. MP1 ... ?

Sorry, no support from me either.

While it was certainly a fun skill, it had a massive impact on the game that's still felt on RS3 to this day. Summoning pets became too crucial for efficiency, and the impacts it had on combat, especially PvP, were really felt.

Apart from the fact that Oldschool is from 2004 - 2007, & summoning wasn't released till 2008.

And gorillas were released well after 2007. That's not why this wasn't a good idea. The thing is that summoning is extremely hard to rehash and balance properly, especially with pets around. Stop luring PKers outside the wilderness, it's unfair.

Technically it's called Old School RuneScape, not 07 scape.

Saying Summoning is objectively the best skill is making a very bold claim. It's neat, but nowhere near as cool as some others in my opinion.

I'd have no problem with seeing it make a comeback.

His compromise did help to a large extent, though. Stop luring PKers outside the wilderness, it's unfair.

100% support,

i've been playing RS for about 16 years and i loved summoning.

I truly thought it was the best update the Original game had cause it gave a bit of change and variety to the game it never had before.

Plus it was a big money drain.

I do agree it needs to be tweaked a bit because the unicorn/packyak (for example) were and will be a bit OP with the way the current bosses are.

without a doubt it would make a fantastic addition to the OSRS game. imo people say i'm condescending, That means i talk down to people.
