Have you ever seen a petition with a list of non-supporters? When you want to get something done, you gather signatures and the folks who don't want to support, will just simply not sign their name.

Having two lists would be counter-productive and unnecessary.

I've said this on other threads, back in the day...

I loved Summoning. It was my favorite skill, by far. I think it fit well in the game, and I would absolutely love to see it in OSRS.

To give you an idea how strongly I feel about summoning as a concept, I am literally working on a game of my own who's entire premise is "summoning familiars". Both my favorite book series, and the book series I am reading currently have a huge focus on familiars.

However, I've given up on it. There is not a strong enough consensus, either among players or among staff. There is literally nothing I want more than summoning, but I've accepted it will not happen.
