Motivating Low - Medium level players to do Wildy Slayer on Bounty Hunter world

Considering the addition of a 7 second teleport delay timer (like DMM)

Level 1-15 Wilderness = Regular Wilderness Mechanics

Level 15-30 Wilderness = 15 Combat difference Mechanics (Same difference as PVP World)

Level 30+ Wilderness = 25 Combat difference Mechanics
Example:
Level 75 Player can attack Level 50 Player

Level 100 Player can attack Level 75 player

Level 125 Player can attack Level 100 Player

New Bounty Hunter Rewards / Bounty Hunter Slayer Monster Drops:

-Wilderness Carnival Teleport Tab; Obby Ring Upgrade; Obby Maul Handle; Obby Staff Handle; Cannonball Stack (2500)

-The entire Cannonball Stack(2500) must be brought and risked (Cannot remove cannonballs manually and bring half)

-Holds the new cannonballs that hit 40s

-They are split into 1/4's with black and yellow patterns (similar to hazardous nuke symbol)

-They explode on contact with monsters (quick fiery explosion)

-They are tradable as a full stack and 1 click High alch for 200 GP per cannonball (1000 = 200k)

-Once the cannonball stack reaches 500 cannonballs it deteriorates into 100k coins (200gp each)
This Mechanic Forces players using the Cannonball Stack to risk more; guaranteeing the Users risk at least 100k+

Keeping Bots and spot wasters out of Bounty Hunter world:

-Must pay 25K to unlock Bounty Hunter world; if player is auto logged the player must pay another 25K to unlock Bounty Hunter world again


-Must be risking 50k to pick up items in wilderness

-3 minute timer for Players to enter Wilderness (with 50k risk activated);
-Players are Auto logged after 3 minutes if they don't enter the Wild with Item Pickups Activated (1 time 50k activation fee that is lost upon death; Must repay after death)


-Once player enters wild = timer starts refilling;

-After player kills another player = timer boosts to 5 mins


-If a player logs in and uses up their timer and logs out before the 3 min auto log; The timer automatically refills at standard pace (while they are logged out) up to 1 minute and stays at 1 minute until they enter the Wilderness; after entering the wilderness the timer refills up to the standard 3 minute timer (to prevent people taking up spaces on BH world for no reason)

-If a player is automatically logged out from the 3 minute timer they are banned from logging into the Bounty Hunter world for 1 hour;

If the same player is auto logged 3 times in 1 day they are banned from the Bounty Hunter world for 24 hours;

If the same player is 24 hour banned 3 times they become permanently banned (or 1 week/month) from Bounty Hunter world


-Depending on the Demand for Bounty Hunter; open 1 or 2 worlds

To protect people with 112m Slayer exp from being surpassed by the fast XP gains of training Slayer on the Bounty Hunter world (using sigils and new cannonballs) i suggest that players with 99 slayer receive 0 slayer exp (or 50% EXP) for tasks completed in wilderness (on Bounty Hunter world only) and instead are rewarded with extra points OR an upgraded drop rate that is personally granted to people with 99 Slayer)

I would contemplate adding in a new Mechanic protecting people against VLS / Ninja sigil =

-All players with VLS unlocked get their 50M back and VLS can be rebought for 50M

-Players may use a sigil that deactivate other players VLS spec against them (if another player tries to spec them the VLS just uses a normal hit)

-Players may use a sigil that deactivates the effects of Ninja sigil against them (if someone using ninja sigil attacks them they receive a message in the chatbox saying "their ninja sigil doesn't seem to work against this player; Causing all attacks to work at regular pace)

This would balance players that want to fight using the VLS / Ninja sigils versus the players who do not like them / cannot afford them / do not think they are fair to be used together
