New Wildy Slayer Master Revamp:

-Allows players to toggle Slayer tasks in Single combat / Multi combat / No preference
(Opens the door for Solo Slayer Anti-PKing / Clan Slayer PKing!)

-A New Mysterious emblem drop that is worth 1M that only drops When The Player doing slayer is holding a "Special Emblem". the "Special Emblem" costs 1M to buy from the Slayer master and drops 1M coins to pker upon death (Emblem name ideas: Gift From God, Magic Talisman: that the Slayer Master needs for exploring new areas in alternate demensions... "Some of them Work better than others, if you get any i'll buy all of them! One Of them has to be the perfect piece i need." ;)

-The New Sigils will Boost the damage players are able to do against slayer monsters and will allow them to gain slayer exp faster

-A new sigil that Makes all your slayer tasks Revenenats (locks until task is complete; using 1 of the 3 slots players hold Sigils in)

-A new sigil that boosts the drop rate of the "Special Emblem" (1M Value) But blocks teleports for 7 second timer ( similar to DMM) Players MUST BRING FREEZES TO ESCAPE

-A new sigil that summons Scarab swarm that constantly hits 1 every 0.6 seconds against NPC's (helps players complete slayer tasks faster + 10 hp accounts)

-A new sigil + Cannonball Stack (2500) that boosts cannonballs max hit to 40 (in wildy on BH world)

-A new Sigil that Drops Higher Level "Mysterious emblems" worth 2.5m but you have to buy a "special Emblem" For 2.5m (and risk it in the wilderness while doing slayer)


-Reaching the roller coaster from the slayer master takes:
20 steps to get to in lvl 46 wild
30 steps to get to in lvl 25 wild
40 steps to get to in lvl 15 wild (to give pkers a chance to kill them before they get there)

-The RollerCoaster is free for skulled players! (With Some Negative Side Effects of course!)

-The RollerCoaster will only transport players when the carnival is active at the location

-Smooth Operator Unlock!: Unlock roller coaster to be able to use it at any location (even if the carnival is not there): (costs 100k unskulled) and choose what location you would like to spawn at: Costs 1k "New wildy slayer points"

-Not So Friendly Traveller: Whenever the carnival packs up and moves, if you are standing in the bank they bring you with them to the next location:
costs 1k "New Wildy slayer points"

-Camp Day: after unlocking from slayer points shop an unskulled Player is able to hide inside a Circus tent (does not work in combat) where nobody else can see them and they can pop out and attack people that come to the slayer master

Teleport to Carnival tab: locks the player in bank for 1 minute "to Check them out to make sure they aren't bringing any evil weapons into the carnival" (slows clan pkers down a bit) (make people click with mouse on warning sign before they leave *disable space bar dialogue to prevent lures*)

-All players need to be holding the 1M / 2.5M emblem that drops to coins on death to get a task

-Carnival slowly packs up by folding the rides up 1 at a time; the rides fold up and spin into the ground and disappear (a mole person is in charge of transporting the rides underground)
-There are 5 rides and they start packing up 5 minutes before moving (to show players how much longer it will be there for) packs up 1 ride per minute

-The carnival Appears on the minimap with a timer that is accurate up to 5 mins

- Any unskulled player inside the bank will be teleported to edgeville bank out of the wilderness upon the carnival travelling; skulled players standing in safezone bank are dropped into the wilderness as the carnival leaves

-Unskulled players are "dizzy from the ride" and held in place for 5 seconds upon landing at the next location

-Skulled players are TBed for 1 minute (too dizzy to telelport) after riding the roller coaster (and regular TB is stackable at any time)

-Skulled players are unable to run for 6 seconds (but able to walk) after riding a rollercoaster
(when a skulled player is chasing another skulled player *with the 3 second delay timer*

-3 second delay for skulled players that are TBed to Board the rollercoaster (standing there stuck unable to eat or change prayer while they wait to board roller coaster; all damage spawns on them at next location)

-Rollercoaster rots 1 food of skulled players (Gets puked on from the ride)

-Rollercoaster drains 25%-50% of prayer for skulled players (Slayer Unlock removes this effect)

-rollercoaster ride takes 8 seconds to complete (long enough to be out of combat when you spawn) so people can jump eachother / set up rushes / Pk on multiple accounts

-Skulled players that are TBed can't use overhead prayers for 3-6 seconds after using the Rollercoaster

-Rollercoaster has a 10% chance of hitting a 20 on skulled players
(Affects All players / only Players that are skulled / only Players that are skulled and TBed)
v1: 10% chance of hitting a 15
v2: 15% chance of hitting a 12
v3: 20% chance of hitting a 10
v4: 25% chance of hitting a 8

-Rollercoaster has a 20% chance of spilling a potion (empty)
v2: 10% - 25% chance of spilling 2 doses of a potion (for unskulled players)
v3: 20% - 50% chance of spilling a potion 2 doses (for skulled players)

Not An Easy Escape
Rollercoaster Drains run energy:
-v1- deactivates stamina effects (blocking new ones) for 25 seconds
-v2- run energy is drained by 50% - 10 energy (70 to 25 energy / 90 to 35) *able to unlock no drain from Bounty Hunter points* / or affect depends on agility level?

-8 second log out timer on BH world (like DMM)

The New Slayer master is the ringleader of a travelling carnival that is located in the wilderness! (changes locations every 30 mins)
There is a safe bank at each location (not able to enter if Tbed; like Ferox enclave) but the guy that buys emblems and gives tasks is located in danger zone

The travelling Wilderness Slayer Master (clown costume) is named Corey Whirlwind; he is very friendly (not Evil) and loves nature but is also a vicious psychopath / killer superhero: Corey whirlwind has been searching for these magic talismans ever since he was a child; His uncle showed him a magic trick using a piece of one before he left for the war and never returned and corey has been intrigued ever since. Now corey has won the gelinor lottery and has opened up a travelling carnival and has been spending all the money putting bounties on evil peoples heads to try to keep the streets clean. Corey has been hunting down a select few evil people that have been ruining his business; Throwing empty candy wrappers on the ground and peeing on the toilet seats, real sick stuff... anyways "they are my slayer task". (visual image: a hooded large faced man with a sharp jagged mustache that wears a purple jacket / yellow bright gold symbol on back / accessories)

Locations:
1. North of the Air obelisk lvl 8 wild (add in new climbing shortcut up to air obelisk)
2. South of the Graveyard of Shadows lvl 15 wild (with roller coaster in lvl 12 leading to lvl 5 south of lvl 8 location)
3. North of the corporeal beast lvl 25 wild (add in an underground roller coaster at the carnival that you can buy a ticket for 100k out of your bank) that leads you from level 23 wilderness to the level 15 wilderness carnival location north of air obelisk (to help people escape from pkers TBing them but not 100% effective)
4. Near lava maze lvl 46 wild rollercoaster at the bottom of the carnival (4 levels away from the slayer master) that leads from level 46 down to level 22 roller coaster area)

New Weapons

Dragon Scimitar (i)

V1:
Dragon scimitar (i) uses 55% special attack = 37.5 accuracy boost + Ignores melee prayer + knocks off prayer for 7.5 seconds + infects opponents agility level; lowering it by -10 levels every 3 seconds for 15 seconds (works interestingly with new roller coaster spilling effect)

V2: Special attack costs 55%. 37.5 accuracy boost. knocks off prayer for 8.5-10 seconds (enough time to cast 2 teleblock spells)

V3: Special attack costs 50%. 25 accuracy boost. knocks off prayer for 5 seconds


Corrupt dragon dagger
40-50 attack requirement. Special attack uses 25% energy. half of damage done from special attack is taken from opponents run energy example (dds spec 12-18 = -15 run energy)


Obby Staff + new reward upgrade Handle (requires 60 attack + 60 magic to wield)
45 stab, 57 slash, 59 str bonus (near 80% Melee stats of SOTD)
USES:

Tribrid Staff Bash Pking

V1: 17+ magic accuracy; 15+ magic defence
V2: 16+ magic accuracy; 16+ magic defence

-A new Quest item / BH reward that unlocks the ability to use a "new prayer" which is actually equivalent to using Ultimate strength, steel skin, incredible reflexes, eagle eye, and mystic might all at once (and uses the same amount of prayer as if all prayers were on); it could help new people Tribrid fighting and would be more powerful to use mystic might for magic defence + eagle eye at the same time.... BUT it uses alot more prayer than regular so it would probably cause pures to get smited more often :p (it is actually possible to flick prayers between hits currently in game to receive the same defence effect although it takes very fast clicking / skill)

- A new "Firecape" for low level pures without 43 prayer. gives 2+ str bonus

-A climbing boots upgrade that upgrades the strength bonus from 2-3 / adds melee accuracy

-a new cheap pure boot (ranger boots are only other boots for pures) that gives range accuracy bonus

-Barrelchest Anchor rework - add "maul hande" that drops on death for coins to upgrade the anchors special attack for 60 attack pures to have a 60 attack version of an "AGS" spec weapon

-Super cat rework! - Add a new "maul handle" attachement (from new BH) that turns into 500k coins upon death, to a full grown cat that upgrades the cat to hold 1 shark OR 2 lobsters for you

-Mousetoy Rework- "Maul handle" upgrades mouse toy to be a level 1 attack pk weapon.
high speed (dart speed) + accuracy (for obby maul pkers) (drops 250k on death)

New Quest with new armour upgrade for new pk builds

White med helm (u) - 1+ stab / slash / crush 1+ str bonus
White chainbody (u) - 3+ stab / slash / crush 3+ str bonus
White platelegs (u) - 2+ stab / slash / crush 2+ str bonus (zerkers would use this too at the expense of taking off rune platelegs)

New Bounty Hunter Mechanics

-8 second logout timer (like DMM)

-3 Second Teleport Delay (like DMM) to give pkers logging in a chance to TB pvmers / Bots
(Player Cannot move while teleporting; Cant run off screen while loading prompt; Players will have to run around a corner then click teleport)


-New GP reward for every XP received in the wilderness on the Bounty Hunter world

XP / GP Cycle =
Day 1 XP/GP swap rate is 1:75 (or 1:100)
Day 2 swap rate is 1:50
Day 3 swap rate is 1:25
Day 4 swap rate is 1:10
Day 5 swap rate is 1:5
Day 6 swap rate is 1:3
Day 7 swap rate is 1:1
Day 8 = Day 1 Reset Cycle (This effect would cause a large pileup on Day 1 (Saturday) :P ) People would all log in to pk / do slayer on Saturdays and make new pures: With the new pk build opportunities (including the new "tomes of fire" for Wind / Water / Earth and the new 13 def account build armour and the new rapid 1 attack quest weapon (like a cheap ham joint) and the new 60 attack Staff of the dead

Spiced Up Bounty Hunter Sigils

Sigil of God Spells: When This Sigil is equipped every God spell shares the 3 effects from Saradomin strike (takes 1 prayer point) , Claws Of Guthix (lowers defence), and Flames of zamorak (lowers magic) and the effects are DOUBLED! -2 prayer points, Lowers defence by 2x as much, and lowers magic level by 2x as much!


Sigil of Unlimited Prayer: This Sigil allows you to use prayers without losing any prayer points (The effects of smite in PVP will still lower your prayer)


-Sigil Of Tanglefoot: increases freeze timer of regular spellbook by 20-30%
20% = (Bind: 5 seconds = 6 seconds / Snare: 10 seconds = 12 seconds / Entangle: 15 seconds = 18 seconds)
30% = (Bind: 5 seconds = 6.5 seconds / Snare: 10 seconds = 13 seconds / Entangle: 15 seconds = 19.5 seconds)


-Sigil Of Venom: Effect lasts for 30 seconds; When activated it has a 8% chance of poisoning target on any hit (poison starts at 8 damage)
+ Unlimited antipoison (right click option "cure me" ;) +


Sigil of the Ice Man: every successful freeze using Ice Spells (Ancient Spellbook) cause targets to experience frost damage (each frost damage lowers all stats by 1; including HP) ice rush hits 1 frost damage and lowers stats by 1; ice burst hits 2 frost damage to hp and lowers stats by 2; ice blitz hits 2 frost damage to hp and lowers stats by 3; ice barrage hits 3 frost damage and lowers stats by 3. (After Combat stats are lowered by 3 below base level they are not able to be lowered anymore, except HP is still lowered by 3)


(DMM) Sigil of the Jungle Master: Diseases opponent starting at -20 to a random stats (the amount continues so if any stats at 1 are hit they lose 1 and 19 spreads to a new stat, if the next stat is 1 it loses 1 and the remaining 18 is spread to a new stat! etc!) hits every 22 seconds

Sigil Of the Def Noob: added 20+ magic defence to defence bonus+ If health lowers below 35% then Defence is boosted by 25 levels

Sigil of the Rune Pouch: This sigil acts as a 20 space rune pouch, holding 20 essence (must be risking 250k to use on BH world only)

(DMM) Sigil of The Bounty Hunter: Activate to open map showing all skulled players locations within 250 squares, activates an arrow pointing towards the closest skulled players (unlimited range) 5 minute cool down


Sigil of Teleblock:
version 1: Teleblock lasts 2x as long 10 mins (5:00 minutes even if opponent was protecting magic)
version 2: Activate sigil in inventory for a 5% chance of any hit teleblocking the opponent (effect lasts for 20 seconds and has a 3 min cooldown) *using darts this would give the pker nearly 55.55% chance of teleblocking opponent*
version 3: Use sigil from inventory to teleblock opponent (100% success rate off prayer / 0% success rate against protect from magic) without 85 magic requirement or being on the standard spellbook: this would cause pvmers to camp protect magic as they go in and out of the cave trying to escape, susceptible to range / melee



-Sigil of the Shadow Monsters: Shadow spells (Ancient Spellbook) are upgraded and have carnivorous Scarab Swarms OR Spiders spawn on targets body dealing extra damage
shadow rush = extra 5 damage / shadow burst extra 6 damage / shadow blitz extra 7 damage / shadow barrage extra 8 damage

-Sigil of the mad smoker: Smoke spells poison target for 12 damage, every successful hit re-poisons target after using an anti-poison (overpowers antipoisons immunity)

-Sigil of Nature: Boosts damage of earth spells by 1.5x (same as tomb of fire) This would create opportunities for new PK builds + "gets opponents feet muddy" and makes them lose run energy twice as fast as normal from slipping (this spell would cap out around 34-40 damage similar to a rune cbow with matching range levels; Balanced)

-Sigil of the Wind Tunnel: boosts damage of air spells by 1.5x (same as tomb for fire spells) This spell lowers opponents range by 4 until it is -4 below base level

-Sigil of the Superblaster: Blast spells max 4+ damage (including iban blast) wind blast = 17 water blast = 18 earth blast = 19 fire blast = 20 (fire blast with tomb =30)

-Sigil of the Wavemaster: Wave spells max 4+ damage: wind wave = 21 water wave = 22 earth wave = 23 fire wave = 24 fire wave with tomb of fire = 34


ADD IN A NEW BURST / CHIN SPOT IN WILDERNESS THAT ONLY WORKS ON BH WORLD (2x EXP in Tunnel) (High Risk High Reward) MUST BE RISKING 250K EMBLEM TO ENTER (KEY ;) ) - 1 inventory space... or Pay 250K from bank and is lost upon death)

-Sigil of the big burster: All burst spells have 20+ accuracy and add 4+ max hit damage (not stackable with shadow monster) AND 50% chance of saving ice sacks / runes

-Sigil of the Chinchompa master: All chinchompas have 20+ accuracy and max hit is raised by 4+ AND When catching chinchompas you catch 5 per trap instead of 1 (ON BH WORLD ONLY)
