Hi there! Please hear me out:

I think it’s great that ironman can buy bonds from the G.E. with their (spare) gold, but most of the value wouldn’t be in gold but in items. Now we have two options if we want to use bonds without having (enough) gold: Buy them with real currency, or droptrading. Droptrading on the other hand can be tricky, or you need an alternative account with membership, or you have to trust someone else.

My suggestion is selling items on the G.E. like everyone else can, but for gold that can only be spend on buying bonds as well from the G.E. To be clear, you can’t use this “bond-Gold” nowhere else, not even for an iron scimitar :p .

Pros:
- More ironmanfriendly gameplay
- No droptrade risks, avoid being scammed
- No alternative account with membership necessary
- A partially sink (for ironman, not the game in general)
- More items available on the market
- More active players playing the game (that use bonds)

Cons:
- Maybe Jagex has slightly less income for the people buying membership for their alt?
- Maybe it can change the value of bonds and items too much?

I would love it if quest experience rewards were provided as lamps like they are in RuneScape 3.

That being said all the quests leading up to items will level various stats in Attack, Strength, Defense, Hitpoints, Ranged, Prayer, Ranged, Magic.

I've looked at Adamant Gloves for instance and its quite a lot of combat stats all around outside . I believe overall defense is the only real contender people are worried about and for the most part it's expected to level Attack, Strength, Prayer, Magic, Ranged, Hitpoints and very rarely would a Defense Only pure be effective anyways. So we can stick to strictly Defense Requirements and possibly subtle Attack or Prayer as seen fit. To reduce awkwardness in having 7 stat requirements.

So between the 3 major skills you the following stats would become required to wield Adamant Gloves and no longer be Quest Locked since the Quest wouldn't directly give said experience.

- 2000 Defense (13 Defense)
- 2621 Prayer (15 Prayer)

If this was done to all equipment in the current states that would need these kinds of stats added where Prayer can be added to anything and Defense/Attack depends on the item in question.

What benefit does this provide is that it allows ALL players more opportunity to access parts of the game and experience the quest lines as well as getting access to features like the dozens of quests locked behind Nature Spirit such as Fairy Rings. As well as making it possible to earn Quest Capes and Achievement Diaries which is a fun and engaging part of the game. While not disturbing skill requirements to obtain specific equipment in the game.

To elaborate this would not effect quests with Base Requirements within quest. For instance Lunar Diplomacy will always require 40 defense due to having to wear Moonclan Gear. The goal is simply to remove direct experience gains, but add stat requirements to gear that has none but expects limits due to quest completions. Opening more of the game to players.

What if each of the new Desert Treasure 2 bosses dropped a piece of an item that when combined with the ones from the other bosses creates an item that lets you imbue the brimstone ring? Could also make either the parts, or the item itself tradeable. Maybe it makes the upgraded brimstone ring untradeable? So it would be a permanent unlock like the avernic. Or any combination of tradeable/untradeable. I'm just spit balling here.

This would cut down the power creep from the content and implement something that is both quality of life and a reasonable upgrade.

was thinking it would be nice to update all quests to give xp lamp(s) instead of set xp.
then all account build types can have access to a much larger quest ability.

if avoiding a 1 def pure from being able to use barrows gloves just set a lvl req on the gloves themselves

heavy ballisea 75 range and 40defense to use.

the same logic can be applied to all build types to keep exsisting pures from being over powered but create the ability to accomplish the cape

1attack pures and 1 def pures are excluded from quite a bit of content
defense only pures are heavily restricted.

Can we get stat locking relooked at it? Its just unfair that people still have problems with account builds. I think my solutions offer the best outcomes, but we need people to stop downvoting because they are against said idea and rather just support it. Players with specific builds in combat are not a large group in comparison to questers/pvmers/bossers as such they don't want to give up content that is "more" exclusive to them. Which is a bit unfair? Like Fairy Rings for instance are locked behind a singular quest that gives 2k defense exp for what reason. So now as such people think 1 defense shouldn't be allowed to use fairy rings which again is just childish and unfair. But these same people don't realize the 45 def pures get almost all content and are arguably better accounts. Yet they don't complain about 45 def pures.

My suggestion is simple..

- Allow ability to lock all stat exp or enable it. While locked you gain nothing while unlocked you gain anything. This stops the issues w/ people training exp in 1 stat but not the others. Boom solves the problem of 10hp pures but gives players a way to block exp and hold an account at a specific level.

- Quests shouldn't reward combat experience, but instead provide experience lamps that can be put in any related combat style so its up to the user to award themselves with the experience. Boom then you simply add defense, attack, prayer etc.. requirements to gear that didn't already have it. You even proved yourself that quests like Lunar can't be complete because of the 40 defense requirement and Barrow Gloves the 41 defense requirement.

Would like some more unique gathering skill options in the wilderness like dark crabs. This would spread out pkers so their not just looking at dark crabs and give new content across the game. There needs to be reasonable escape routs though. Annoyed that the only way to escape a pker at dark crabs was to get into the axe hut and xlog and then that was taken away.

Could we have a poll to add a slight buff to all 3rd age equipment?

Currently 3rd age equipment requires 65 att/range/mage but stats mirror lvl 60 variants. On top of that the skilling equipment gathers at same rate as dragon, the lower tiered 60 equip.

Tack on the fact that its also way harder to get and waay more expensive.

Currently 3rd age equip is pointless other than to show off wealth. I believe stats should be buffed to be just slightly worse than barrows but obviously non degradable, and skilling equip gather at a rate faster than dragon but slower than crystal + non degradable.

It would still be not worth it for its price/rarity but at least if people do get lucky and get it, it's not completely useless.

Expert Capes of Accomplishment like in RS3.

It would give players something to work towards any single 99, and max cape.

It was fun to go for the Gatherer, Artisian, Support, and Combat Expert Capes of Accomplishment, and they looked really cool as well.

I'd love to see them in OSRS.
