Minus exp lamps. Or a way to reset other levels for failed pures and skillers.

Or have the Genie random event be able to negate exp, as well as give it. The random nature of the event would avoid any abuse of the mechanic.

There is definitely a simple way of releasing this type of content where it only benefits the aforementioned players (Failed skillers, and pures), without convoluting it with other polls ideas such as rev caves rewards (How minus xp lamps were polled last).

I think this is more relevant now than ever because there is content now which previously didn't exist that actively encourages you to at least consider the idea of shaping your account into a pure/skiller.
The wiki page for rangers tunic for instance: "The Rangers' tunic has the highest ranged attack bonus for armour that has no defence requirement, making it popular among 1 Defence pures."

Creating another account should never be the solution to a simple misclick that can upend several hundred, if not thousands of hours of playtime.

Thanks.

I have an idea for a new clothing makeover option. I saw an npc at Ferox Enclave called Marten, the canoe tutor who has rolled up sleeves that I had never seen before. It would be cool if players could have rolled up sleeves as a clothing option.

For reference, you can see Marten here: https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Marten

This is what my character needs to really roll up his sleeves and get down to business.

Dear Jagex, I've played this game since 2001- and have unfortunately had to quit many times. Each of the times I've given up on this game were directly due to your updates. If you know how most voting systems work in real life, you would probably understand why using a polling system to shape the future of a game titled 'old school' is the most likely option to fail of any.

Please leave my nostalgia alone.

Limit updates to bug/glitch fixes, reviving dead content, development of areas(ex.possibly the southern half of the Kharidian?) and optional cosmetic changes.

I do agree with most of the proposed item buffs, but clearly it would be best left as-is.
I could go on about all the recent blunders, but it wouldn't change anything.

~Cheers

Dear jagex, why is that youre nerfing ranged weapons with an excuse that other weapons would then get used more, yet still you havent buffed dead weapons at all? For example , torags set effect and the hammers alone are complete garbage. When will you buff them or are you just going to nerf things? Id really like to see any buffs or changes to other dead weapons/armor.

Suggestion 1# increase torags hammers attack speed by 1 tick and change the set effect to hitting occasionally extra time or some %damage

Suggestion 2# raise seerculls lvl to 65 and buff its attack speed and damage so its actually usable. It has cool special attack but none uses whatsoever

suggestion 3# buff holy water and make it usable on ALL demons

Aloha.

As a painter, i want a painting skill line. (or artisan..?)

1. Massive sell value of items getting rarer and rarer. Players can create and make more money with higher skill, or potential for them to be clue scroll rewards.

2. Potential for sculpting alongside.

2. Contruction/Crafting/Fletching could all link. Crafting canvasses, easels, scupture bases etc. Plus player houses filled with artwork. (Plenty of runescape "banter" potential with images chosen.)

3. Plenty of quest potential. Pls trap me in a pretty landscape.

Im unsure on new skill popularity in OSRS but these are my thoughts.

I have more ideas on this too!

Any feedback would be delightful :-)

Custom agility courses in the player home! Would require sequential level requirements in each skill. Ideal combinations of obstacles could add additional experience. You could create your own rooftop course, traps, etc. If on the rooftop, maybe you could have a chance to receive marks of "home", or some equivalence, which could be traded for agility course decor? Many possibilities, balancing and such up to Jagex of course. This would add great variety to training, and makes a good deal of sense within the world. There is a lot of unused space in even the most lavish of homes, and communal house party agility training would be a nice social incentive. A sign with best times could induce some friendly competition to boot. There are many possibilities! A new interface would need to be designed to support this content too, but I think it is a good idea. I don't think it should be the best method possible, but could be comparable to a high level rooftop when completely maxed out.

Since the Rune Pouch was originally only in the BH shop and was made available at Slayer Masters and the Herb Sack was originally only at Slayer Masters and was made available at Tithe Farm mini-game, we should have the option to buy a Seed Box at Slayer Masters for a price of 1,750 points.
