Weapons and armor that have different bonuses for combat but depend on a player's skilling stats as to what the bonuses are. Like piety gives +23% strength.
Like with warding, that different gear would be connected to skilling stats for how powerful it is through the magic of warding. And each weapon/armor is different for this. Also the bonuses get mixed up depending on different levels in individual skills like if someone had 10 wc and 90 mining a weapon would give 15% more damage but if they had 90 wc and 90 mining the same weapon would give 13% more damage but 6% more accuracy.
It would be good to have this because then pures could be legendary accounts again and more people would pursue higher level'd success in the wilderness (building your account to be the top again), compared to now how pretty much most pkers have maxed accounts or all they could ask for for pk.
It would make the pvp community evolve because then there wouldn't be like 5 kinds of pure accounts that could be made, there would be tons of different accounts that could be made for each person's strategy - if you didn't notice yet we are dominant in the wild and we know the ins and outs of the wild, for what we have at the present. Everyone knows all the strategies for accounts we can have and what all of their advantages are, i'm saying like, we already lived it, that part of the game is like.. old.
Depending on how many weapons and armors you make this could bring an entire new pk experience to osrs, where it is still osrs. Not that you change how combat works or try to make the combat triangle equal and all that nonsense. This could go far as an idea, you could make so many different effects from all the skilling stats that there are and how they can be combined in order to make a pure account strategy for pking, including skilling, even where pures may have to actually have like twenty 99's in order to have made their version of best pk acc.
