Not polled fix: Entangle ... this spell is more broken than gmaul used to be.
Needs a fix and buff.
Let me explain;
Back in the days before 07. people had shit pvp skill.
People were unable to change prayers accordingly let alone proper hybrid.
nowadays people know how to.
Here is the a list of the differences before and now.
Before:
-Bad armour, no OP jewelry slot items and special prayers(rigour/augury)
no armadyl, black d hide shields, zenyte, incestral , Super op melle spec weapons. ballistas and so on.
-Players lacking efficient triple eat,prayer switching timed tick eating combos and heals.
in the above scenario , were people would eat sharks and pizza hardly switch mage pray, you could do with a simple entangle.
However situations changed.
Currently however it's not so easy.
-People use high efficient skills, gaming equipment.
-Gears have been made super op, all of the raid rewards and so on.
-Triple quatriple food combos and special prayers.
-Super OP range and melee combo weapons
So to make it short.
Magic bind spells from regular spellbook are broken and left behind.
People will not pass buff on entangle cause they are scared af if they would get tb'd and die.
Any person with common sense will know that regarding my above listed arguments we really need unpolled buffs on entangle.

Please also make it so that pvp content can only be voted by people with atleast 1 BH kill
