I know this may not be feasable right now due to engine limitations, but I've always felt that there was no firm reason for people not to be able to sell p2p items as a f2p player.
Say your membership runs out and you want to buy a bond, but all of your money is in supplies - we've all heard the people asking for help with this, and no one trusts them,, rightfully so.
So why not give these people a means of selling their gear?
one argument against this, is that this brings items into circulation while supply is already high, but these people could just as well pay for membership with a credit card and bring them into circulation anyways.
You could grant them a means of 'sacrificing' the item to something similar to the death's coffer or well of good will (or whatever it's called) so you could sacrifice the item for it's GE value that gets placed in a coffer that is non-withdrawable, but when reaching the GE price of a bond, you can click a button to get 14 days of membership (not get a physical bond, just activate its effects), but not bring items back into circulation.
