Suggestion: Allow the Amulet of the Eye to be charged with Necklaces of Binding in a similar way to how a Ring of Suffering is charged with Rings of Recoil.

Why: It allows the amulet obtained from Guardians of the Rift to be used in the game in a useful way that smoothens gameplay for the minigame, and allows the amulet to be as much of an upgrade for the game as other rares are. It feels kind of weird to me that a dyable piece of gear that goes with the runecrafting set is not used in the minigame itself. Fortunately, Necklaces of Binding and recoils both share the same charge system where the charges are tied to the player and not the item, so I don't think that this would be all that difficult to do.

A couple of QOL suggestions for houses:
- Banner Stand in League Hall can store more than one banner, you can choose which to display.
- Treasure Chest (costume room) to store God Book pages and firefighters

Little more than QOL:
- Weapon barrel in costume room for storing quest reward weapons, fun weapons, god staves, etc. (mjolnirs, ancient mace, shadow sword, and the like)

Is there any chance the Imcando Hammer from Camdozaal become F2P? There's no added stats to it. Would be nice to be able to weild the hammer when smithing on F2P account builds.

Is it possible to allow F2P account builds access to the Dusuri Gem shop? Currently there's no real purpose for the star dust in F2P and the shop wouldn't really hurt the community as you would be able to buy the gem bags for Crafting XP. Would primarily be ideal to the Ironman community for being able to obtain the gems.

QOL Suggestion:

Please allow the monks of Entrana to make an exception for the Ardougne cloak. This would make visits to their hops patch much easier. Reassure them I mean no disrespect to Saradomin by taking my cloak to the island.
