Putting the Lunar Staff into P.O.H. with the rest of the Lunars outfit.

I like the looks of the staff for fashion, don't want to drop it and also don't need it to sit in my bank forever when not using. Could we possibly be able to put it with the rest of the outfit please?

Expert Capes of Accomplishment like in RS3.

It would give players something to work towards any single 99, and max cape.

It was fun to go for the Gatherer, Artisian, Support, and Combat Expert Capes of Accomplishment, and they looked really cool as well.

Title: Add Permenant Leagues 3 World.

Discription: Would be cool to have a permenant game-world that offers access to Leagues III content (game mod) in similar to Dead man permenant world.

Having alternative official Runescape game mods (content such as Leagues or Deadman mod) seems fun as change of pace from time to time, specially when I can play it all year long.

In Leagues 3: Creating Divine Super Combat potions uses up crystal dust equal to 1 potion, even with the maxed Mixologist fragment. Since the dust is a second ingredient shouldn't it be saved?

Skilling prayers: we'll be able to use prayer points on a separate pacifist prayer book that is gained through a quest.
-Boosts to % chance to obtain resources such as via woodcutting/mining/fishing
-Higher level prayers could have a chance to obtain double resource or process two items at a time
-An energy saving prayer while running that doesn't stack with a stamina potion
-Create an item while saving a resource such as a bowstring or herblore

There's plenty of cases where prayers for certain skills would be broken like pickpocket chance for thieving, or another stacking boost to cook chance.
