Title: Better drop rate of clue scrolls on slayer task when killing Hellhounds

Description
So basically now it is waste of resources to kill hellhounds as there is no any real reward that player would get by killing hellhounds. Drop rate of clue scrolls are 1/64 at the moment and i think that there should be possibility to buy new slayer point reward that would lower drop rate of hard clue scroll to 1/32 on hellhounds when killed on task.

"More CLUEEEE" (I came up with this name as the EEEE implies wolf/dog howling)
Cost: 750 points

Drop rate of hard clue scroll is 1/32 when hellhounds are killed on task. Greetings adventurer!

Add the level requirement(s) for guilds in their skill menu, I noticed you can find it in the mining skill menu. but not woodcutting, fishing etc.

Phosani's Remains -in replace of Big Bones to tell the part of Phosani's bones from regular nightmare's Bones Maybe Nightmare's Remains for the regular Nightmare?
could bring in some new bones to try out for prayer xp

I think players should be able to place the Drakan's medallion inside their POH Spot on, Spot on!

Graphical update on mobile usability.

There are some buttons that are sometimes hard to tap correctly on mobile version, specially on my Moto G5 Plus (old phone).
Many buttons and options could be bigger, also removing the dead space (which does literally nothing) between inventory spaces, it just allows for you to click on the void and unselect what you did.
