My suggestion, due to chat advert and bots running rampant and making chat impossible in areas like the grand exchange, my suggestion is some sort of way to auto-mute these bots or filter them out of the chat without having to add them to the ignore list. every time i want to do something at edgeville bank or GE i end up maxing out my ignore list.

My proposition is auto-ignore/filter posts/players with;

combat/total level lower than X
quest points below X
posted the same message X times in the past X minutes

custom filter words/ personal filter but one that prevents the post from being seen rather than just censoring.

some combination factor of time logged in X movement X percentage unique messages X actual game activity engaged X level or questpoints

another suggestion is a community slow-mode for low level/QP players who have X amount of pending chatbot related reports against them, more or less just impacting anyone who is below level 5 or whos maximum skill level is just below 5 (to prevent abuse on players who deliberately play with lv3 combat) and has less than 2 quests done. it would take a trivial amount of effort to permanently circumvent abuse situations since its only a few minutes work to get ANYTHING above 5 or whatever value you decide on, and this only applies if theyve been reported. the end result is limiting their posts to say, 1 per minute or something in proportion to the amount of reports they have, for macro, gambling, etc.

lastly,
award mini-mod status (not visible but make sure player acknowledges this), something that basically lets certain players with high valid reports be given higher weighting or trust in their reports, something half way along the lines of what mods have.

There needs to be an update to where we can combined entire skilling kits with outfits that we made for our characters. Fashionscape is heavily underrepresented, and it's kind of boring watching everyone wear the same graceful outfit while they're doing their skilling of any kind.

I think the game would be more vibrant and colorful as it was originally back in 07; this also gives players an incentive to participate in other minigames if it meant they could mantain their outfits while doing it.

Critiera would, as probably implied, would be that you need to have ALL pieces of a set in order to upgrade them... or piece by piece.

Either way, this idea hit me hard while I was skilling.

Check the fit

Suggestion : I think the warning that gets shown when trying to high alch certain Fremmenik items should probably be removed, or at least it should respect the player's existing high alch warning threshold.

Context : I was killing Dagganoths on Waterbirth Island for a slayer task. They frequently drop the Fremmenik sword, shield and helm items. The only reasonably useful purpose for these items other than cosmetics is to trade them for cooked sharks in Rellekka. However they have a decent high alch value, so I assume most players who find them will probably high alch them.

However, a warning is always printed when trying to high alch them even if they fall below the high alch warning threshold. My warning threshold is set to 40k but these items only alch for 3k.

So I was alching some of these items and was skipping the warnings without thinking about it because the warnings weren't useful for me. There was a Zamorakian Hasta in my inventory. You can probably see where this is going. I wasn't fully paying attention, clicked the Hasta thinking it was a Fremmenik Sword, and RIP 11 mil.

This is a classic case of Alarm Fatigue . Generally speaking, a warning should not be repeatedly displayed unless it's useful. In this case, the repeated useless warnings made me not pay attention to the important warning. It was ultimately my mistake, but I believe the warnings are a UX problem that contributed to it occurring. I can deal with this loss but I feel sorry for anyone losing something they can't afford to due to this issue.

Hi.

I'm wondering if there's someone I can contact and ask if it's possible to remove my HC stats connected to my OSRS ironman account with near 2K total, that was a HC which died early. The reason I ask this because the account will always feel like a "failed hardcore that died early" even if it's an end-game ironman. It just feels bad and I'm thinking of creating a new grey ironman from scratch because of it. Looking to see if there's any help to get anywhere. (This is also a suggestion to implement if other people feel the same way.)

Thanks.

I have a small QoL suggestion regarding PoH portals/nexus. Allowing them to be created using X number of teleport tablets rather than needing the runes and the magic level. This would allow for better inventory management, and alternative account types such as skillers to create teleport portals in their own house. As it stands, they have full access to this content through other peoples houses using world 330, but as a minor inconvenience.
