The legends cape is a dead cape that I as a classic player once dreamed of using. I suggest to revive its use by using it in place of your Ardougne cloak.

Also combining the existing stats somewhat for legends cape by adding the offense and prayer bonus of your existing cloak to the stats of the legend cape. i.e. legends cape 1-4 based on your Ardougne diary completion.

Hey, following the diversity changes announcement, I hope the option to divorce/switch who you want to romance of the two royals in Throne of Miscallenia, even after the quest; I have a lot of friends who'd like to change their decision, especially now that same-sex marriage will be an option, so this is something I'm hoping to see.

When hovering the mouse pointer over equipped items in the "Worn Equipment" I often find myself expecting to see a description-display containing the stats of the hovered item . Could this be an UX-related idea to implement?

A few days ago I am playing with my daughter and I access my account, surprisingly it appears that she is banned. Never use tipjar never gave gold, or give away, or lend. Please make a more precise evaluation of my account, I beg you, this game is the only thing that distracts me and makes me forget so many problems. Please if you can send me some evidence, sorry but maybe you just made a mistake like we all do, but I swear I never broke any rules of the game with my account. good day.
i propose to change the runecrafting`s item amulet of the eye effect,
as it stands right now it is useless since it gives unlimited teleport to guardian of the rift minigame, its useless since there is a minigame teleport to that place with 30min cd.

what we can do with the amulet instead?
change it so you can charge the amulet with binding neckaces similar as it is with recoil rings and ring of suffering.

why would we need it?
well right now if you want to make polyelemental guardian stones in the minigame you have to run out of the minigame every 2nd/3rd run you did. since you need to get a new binding necklace.
since there is a cap in the minigame how much people can be in that minigame per world you risk to lose your spot.
sometimes you have only 2 charges on binding amulets so you need to take another one with you to get all the runes converted cloging up an inventory spot.

is it game breaking?
it doesnt impact the games economy since you will still need binding necklaces to charge it so that item doesnt become useless.
it will speed up banking a bit for lava rune runs since you dont need to re-equip an amulet every 6-8th trip.

and since it would have a new use i would change the necklaces drop chance from 1/50 from the pouch to something closer to 1/30
as it is now your odds of geting the amulet is is close to 1/1250 reward guardian searches.
this drop change would make it to be 1/750 making it closer to abyssal lanterns drop chance or make it tradeable.

Fine cloth for Splitbark armour is too difficult to acquire for it's level
Can it be made easier to get?
Shades of mort'on is tricky enough to figure out... I have to kill shades higher than my ironmans combat level to get the key to unlock the chest to only have a small chance at getting Fine Cloth... this is crap

The stats of splitbark are not worth going through this hassle may aswell skip it, makes me sad player since 06
