Small suggestion re: the Shaman Mask off Ogress Shamans. MB if suggested before.
Currently mimics stats of Iron Full Helm. With some of the recent changes such as attack bonuses to Med helms, I thought it might make sense to buff the Shaman Mask in its magic stats. Not to the point of being F2P BIS in anything, but perhaps a more hybridized approach that better reflects its ingame flavor.
I'm currently F2P, returning after decades away and never having played seriously, and now farming my way to a bond. Just to see what it's like. I even have a bond in my bank that someone gave me and I refuse to redeem it until I can afford another one on my own.
Ogress Shamans are one of the best F2P training spots and this super rare drop is currently worthless outside of fashion (which admittedly is still something). However, if this had niche use in some builds, you could easily see the value starting to rise.
I understand F2P content, and raising the GP value of F2P-obtainable items, might seem against Jagex's best interests (obv Members are and should remain the priority), but I don't think so. There still exists a noticeable amount of F2P activity in the economy, often supporting Members explicitly (such as the farming of Limpwurt Roots).
And straight up, my ability to play in F2P and keep it somewhat varied is keeping my interest here in OSRS, and the longer I play the more inclined I feel to eventually subscribe (I don't anticipate playing enough every 2 weeks to retain membership freely forever). It seems to me the longer you can keep a (non-bot/GPfarmer) F2Per on the line, the better chance they have of becoming a member.
So please, toss the F2P armor list a bone(mask)!
