Please add more item diversity... The Rune Crossbow could definitely use a 5-10% nerf, being barely distinguishable from a Dragon Crossbow's range strength.
Additionally, it'd be nice to have some items with level 85-99 requirements to wield. Perhaps also offer items where the wielding requirements aren't just even numbers such as (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc.). Maybe we could see some more items that require level 67 or 82 for example... Would love to see some more variety.
Also, we need some new mage armor between level 55 and 70 (not much variety between those levels).
One thing to mention: Green D'hide with the nerf will make ranging obsolete in F2P since you're also adding an additional negative range bonus to rune full helms. Perhaps crossbows up to adamant, along with adamant bolts might finally be introduced to F2P? Or perhaps Make granite armor and weapons (without special attacks) F2P as well?
If there are a large number of F2P only players nowadays, perhaps a free weekend (maybe quarterly) or 24-hour membership would entice them to get membership?
As mentioned on the livestream today by Mods Sween and Kieren, Bandos has been the best melee armor for way too long, with a 65 defense requirement. We need new armor with a 75 or 80 defense requirement.
Lastly, I'd like to propose the idea of clan capes for wildy pking (team capes are essentially the same thing, but we're limited to 50 teams and hence, not clan-specific teams). When a member wearing your clan cape registers a kill in the wilderness of someone not in your clan, the cape will add to the clans KC in the wilderness. The way I envision it is: clan cape defensive stats will increase when the clan registers a certain number of kills.
Example:
250 kills = +1 defense
500 kills = +2 defense
1k kills = +3 defense
2.5k kills = +4 defense
5k kills = +5 defense
10k kills = +5 defense +1 prayer
