Option to have all items come noted from the GE when buying/selling

Currently when buying items on the GE they will be noted if multiple, but unnoted if singular. It would be a great quality of life change to be able to ask the banker to have all items noted. For instance if I'm buying obsidian sets and I want to turn them into a set I have to wait till I get two of them or I have to put them in the bank and note them. I think this would be a great quality of life update

Another way of obtaining the Herb Sack? It almost makes more sense to have it come from a Farming, Herblore or Crafting method than only from Slayer masters. A tanky, prayer skiller.

It's built around PvM, you can already note Herbs by using them on the Leprachauns so I don't see how this would benefit Farming.

Perhaps an all-in-one farming tool. One that at least combines a spade, rake, and seed dibber. This could have high farming requirement and/or be a minigame/clue scroll reward. It can come as is or may need to be created by combining the three and maybe a fourth item.

Play Tithe and unlock auto-weed, that will free up 1 inventory space. No need for a multi tool.

Farming QoL suggestions:

- Can compost bins close automatically when filled?
-Can white lillies have a check added when removing them. Right now they can be removed with a single misclick which can be annoying, especially for Ironman who depend on a time-gated drop to obtain those seeds.
