Remember back in mid-late RuneScape 2, how we would be able to hover over our skills in the menu and see a
XP tracker bar
along the bottom of the [
Current XP
+
XP Until Next Level
] tooltip ?

Do you also remember how you could right-click on each skill and individually choose to set a [
Target Level/XP
], automatically changing the bar underneath the tooltip to reflect the amount of progress from the [
Current Level/XP
] -or- [
Specified Set Level/XP
] to the [
Target Level/XP
]?

The current XP tracker is great and all, and we know we can right click it to set the tracker itself to reflect our skill goals, but it doesn't let us check our progress on the entirety of our skill trees while the tracker is too busy on the one or multiple skills any one of us may be training at the same time. It's a bit inconvenient.

As well as adding a bar for each individual hover-over tooltip, setting a [
Target Level/XP
] also displayed an additional [
XP Until Target Level/XP
] in the same box.

Although I know this minor QoL update was implemented much later than the mid 2000's era, I feel as if it was an essential addition to make the gameplay seem marginally more streamlined.

I would like the tome of fire to provide infinite fire runes without having to charge it (while charging it would obviously still be required for the bonus damage).

The damage boost feels like the 'premium' thing to get from charging the tome. The fact that the 'tome of fire' only conditionally provides infinite fire runes feels a little silly.

Context: I really like using magic over any other combat style, on my ironman I just find it too expensive so I can't really justify it (also because it is actually weaker than melee if using fire strike). I feel like after grinding for a tome of fire it would be nice if I could cast fire strike for cheap so I can use my favorite combat style more while not sacrificing as much. Also smoke staff requires 92 slayer so that is a massive hurdle

This is actually the case for some spells such as Iban Blast. They don't receive the fire spell boosts from the tome of fire but they do get unlimited fire runes from a charged book without spending any charges.

Also, on a variation on what you're saying you want, i was thinking like, what about having a certain set of items that while unreasonably expensive or only attainable to ironmen through treasure trails like with god pages, the pages (four or so) allow the tome to have unlimited charges. We could call them like, "eternally burning pages" or "smoldering pages", or something like that.

In a variation to my previous idea for the slayer amulet, i considered another way to make it work.

I also thought of another possible name for it, "Krystillia's Amulet" or something like that. Anyways, what if the amulet allows slayers on task wearing the amulet to be damaged by pkers, but if unskulled, within their target's spawning grounds, and dealt a fatal blow by a player, the amulet puts their hp to 1, and after the player performs the usual death animation, teleports them to the slayer master they had recieved the task from. The killer will receive a message saying something along the lines of "[slayer master] teleothered [username] out before you could deliver the final blow." or "[slayer master] has already claimed dibs on [username]'s belongings." and the victim will receive the messages, "Oh dear, you are..." and "...still alive somehow?"

While currently on the slayer grind I find most things about Demonic Gorillas to be tedious. After getting multiple black demon tasks and deciding to go to demonics I find it annoying that whenever I run past the tortured gorillas and get to the main demonic gorilla area there are too many players. The logical thing to do is switch worlds but as you do so you get hit for a 20 due to the agro of the Demonic Gorilla going on to you. Is it possible the team can do a small change and add a "Peek" option (To see how many adventurers) right next to the rope of the crash site so players know whether or not to run into the cavern.
Somewhere in this are would be great: https://gyazo.com/f437ecc14b8023dd9426ea067ed6ec19

I would really like to see vet capes in osrs, to honour the long time players.

I was thinking if it is too much work thinking of something really cool to make them, it could just be like a skillcape but instead of a symbol of the skill, just have the number (5/10/15) in the middle of the cape representing the number of years played to earn the cape.

Remember back in the day which RS players would bond more because of clan citadel. This not only bring people together. It can also be a place in which people can show off there clan with clan capes and banners! C'Mon JAD, why isn't this implemented in the game! This is more for the community then myself.

Also can you guys bring back the carnival? It was very helpful and fun to do.

How about private sessions at GWD like with cave kraken? Trying to find a world to get 35 slayer kills is getting impossible. I just want to be able to get my slayer kills without getting crashed, or having to fight for a world! This would be something I'd be happy to pay for too... maybe 50-100k for the session?
