1) In Dead Man Mode tournaments there could be two final areas, one being single combat the other being multi combat. allowing solo contestants to have a chance as it is very advantageous to clan up and not much chance for solo contestants.
2)In Dead Man Mode Seasonal once you have gone over the increased XP rate cap the xp rate is reduced to 2x while you have the increased xp rate it could be 4x, allowing for players who want to dedicate more time to still gain xp and play the game while other players can just log on once a day and quickly cap their increased xp.
3)For some items to balance them you could create negative prayer bonus, making prayer drain faster while equipping it obviously, this could help with creating slightly more powerful items while keeping it balanced. ( power creep)
4) This idea isn't as good but some bosses and monsters drop useless items that once were worth something, for example.. if i kill Venenatis and get an uncommon Rune Knife drop which is worth approximately ~29k when back in the day it might have been worth ~50k and the further in the future rune knifes become lower due to some patch then Venenatis becomes less and less worth killing, this can apply to any item as this happened to limpwurts not too long ago.
so my idea is instead of Venenatis dropping the set 60 Rune Knifes the drop is based of the amount of the item so instead of Her dropping 60 Rune knifes she will drop 50k worth of rune knifes.
The main problem with this is when items drop in price and rise and the GE price is not correct some broken profits could be made so, im not exactly sure how, but it would have to be calculated differently to make sure this doesnt happen not just flat off GE price guide, as it can be wrong often.
