Magic Skill Guide QOL: Display Rune Costs

Nobody has the rune requirements for spell books memorized. A lot of people like to plan ahead for what they're going to do, especially UIM. With no in-game way to find out what a spell costs without changing spell books, I think this is the perfect QOL update for the Magic Skill guide.

This would work just like the Construction Skill guide. no Interface change needed, just the ability to click on the spell and a chat message will tell you what runes the spell costs. So if i need to find the spell cost of Cure Me - Lunar Spell book, i could click the spell icon and the message would say something like
"Cure Me: 2 x Cosmic rune, 2 x Astral rune, 1 x Law rune"
I even had to wiki that spell to find out the requirements...

This could be useful for all players, new and experienced. New players who can't remember what spell costs are, can have them conveniently displayed in their chat box while they go searching for the runes. Experienced players might need it to teleport after changing spell books, or planning ahead for long grinds.

Hi!

I'm loving the recent content that's come out, I wanted to suggest an idea for the new monkey transformations.

Would it be possible to give our graceful cape to our monkey to wear?

Therefore, providing the effects of the graceful while wearing the monkey(maybe the monkey is wearing the cape when on our backs?).

Take away the Sins of the Father requirement for Hallowed Sepulchre. Currently, 1 defence pures cannot use Hallowed Sepulchre.

In aid/In Search of the Myreque and Nature Spirit all grant defence xp. These quests are requirements for the Sins of the Father quest which unlock the Hallowed Sepulchre.

Bosses Like Abyssal Sire and Cerberus need a reasonably priced gear buyback like Grotesque Guradians, Zulrah, Vorkath and Hydra. Right now it is incredibly discouraging to play this content because of the disproportionate risk vs reward.

The new Death Tax is incredibly steep for bosses like Abyssal Sire where dying is common, even inevitable and the profit is based off of RNG. In comparison to Hydra where 1 death doesn't even set you back 1 kill and it's arguably much easier to do.

Learning Abyssal Sire I died dozens of times. I literally died multiple times in attempting to get 1 kill. It took me a long time before I made it past the learning curve and finally started surviving for long periods. Now I'm pretty skilled at it and I'm confident that I can keep myself from dying without fail. That being said, I still die 1-3 times a task to the most frustrating and uncontrollable events:

Lagging with a poison pool spawn underneath you.
Lagging during the teleport attack during the final phase.
Not noticing a poison pool spawn underneath you AFTER THE KILL IS FINISHED

I was lucky enough to get my first 30+ deaths for free, but now I regularly quit out of frustration once I go down once or twice.

I honestly think that a 50-100k buyback will garner a larger gold sink just because people actually will be willing to play the content.

RC tiaras QOL update desktop compaired to mobile

since i'm crafting my first 40k earth tiaras to lvl my RC skill, i've noticed that the difference between mobile or desktop is quite big in order to craft the tiaras.

the draging of the mouse compared to 2-handed on mobile clicking is a large time difference (like twice as much). And since my goal is 99 rc with earth tiaras i'm constanly on mobile for the next 900 hours since that will save me alot of time.

my suggestion would be to create a "craft all" ability like with more skills and introduce a emotion to lvl out the time needed to craft the tiaras in between mobile or desktop gameplay. so it will become slower compaired to the currect crafting speed when on mobile and faster then the currect speed with the desktop.

Barbarian fishing

Whilst I do realize it is called barbarian fishing, being a sports fisherman IRL makes me feel the way we fish at Otto's grotto (and also at fly fishing spots for trout and salmon) is just a bit too barbaric.
My suggestion would be to add a way for us to release fish back to the water (catch and release) rather than bring them up just to throw them on the ground in a pile to rot.

The fact that those fish seem to be full of roe further adds to the reason not to encourage killing those fish. Good fishermen would never do this IRL :)

Perhaps we could even encourage catch and release of those fish that are not as commonly used for food, by giving extra experience or (chance of) rewards when you choose to release fish instead of dropping them. The people who wants to keep shift-click drop all their fish could still do that if they so desire, I guess.

This is more of a forum suggestion, but I don't see a forums small suggestions thread, and making a whole thread for it seems excessive: it would be nice to have the ability to upvote/downvote suggestions in order to help express interest, especially on threads like this, where it's easy for one suggestion to become lost and people often don't express a great deal of interest. There's a lot of very good small suggestions on here I'd like to thumbs up.

Given that the forums can get a little... tense... I would suggest enabling this feature only in the suggestion forums.

While this hasn't happened to me personally, I just saw someone in another thread talking about losing their membership while having a pet following them. My understanding of this scenario is that when this happens, the pet is still marked as "following" them but doesn't display, so while they will regain their pet if they regain their membership, they will lose their pet on death, and have no way to pick it back up or otherwise return it to the bank. This seems like a borderline glitch.

A few thoughts on ways to resolve it:
1. Have the player automatically pick up their pet when they lose their membership. If no inventory space is available, have them automatically pick up their pet the next time an inventory space is available.
2. Have the player automatically pick up their pet when they lose their membership. If no inventory space is available, send the pet to Probita to be recollected at no cost upon regaining membership.

There are a variety of other ways to address this case, but in general, the current behavior just doesn't seem intuitive or fair.
