ive reported someone pickpocket botting on master farmer several times. after the account gets banned, he's right back at it again within a day on a new character. whats up with that? find out who he's trading to, track the ip and hit him with a ban where it hurts. his main.

Team cape update?

I mod for Sparc mac and he likes to mass pk. We call it tribe mass. When we go into the wilderness we often have small clans that wear our team cape and bs from within. they usually single out tim and kill him. He then quits because he is not able to lead. What if we had a system that turned a regular team cape into a degraded cape? so if someone bses their cape became tainted for a few hours? so any team cape they put on of the same number will be tainted when they put it on. They would show up as a white dot and would be able to right clicked attack during that time. you could also make it so that if someone misclicks and attacks an alley it wont taint their cape. that player would have to be attacked and killed for the cape to taint. let me know what you think. i think this would be great for clan pking and get more people in the wild. i love when the tribe runs into another clan and we duke it out and the best team wins. its very hard to do this when that team just puts on your team cape and kills from within.

Small suggestion to fix high level agility:

The run restore rates between 90-99 are a joke and there's legit not a single reason to get from 90-98.
Easy fix without being op :

Every level starting at 90 gives the following rewards:

1) ability to withstand 1kg of weight per level without run being drained faster.
ex: at 90 you can run with 1kg with the drain rate being the same as if u had 0kg.

at 99 u can run with 10kg of weight with no penalty.

2) energy is restored an extra 0.01 seconds faster per level from 90
ex: at 90, run is restored at 2.6s per energy instead of 2.61
at 99 run is restored at 2.31s/E instead of 2.41

One thing i'd like to see added from rs3 is the ability to light logs in one click, and a add a "light" option to logs that are already on the ground.

I feel like a natural progression would be the small bonfire system that is in rs3. That is, the ability to throw logs onto someone else's fire and prolong the fire. I would consider removing the buffs that those bonfires give players, because wheni suggested this in the osrs discord they said basically the following:

"It wasnt in the game in 2007, therefore it should be in the game at all. It would ruin the integrity of the skill if added. Also, Wintertodt is so hilariously broken that you should just use that to get to 99. These statements in no way contradict each other."

I get the feeling that the veterans wouldnt like the buffs the bonfires give.

Something has to be done about cave krakens.

I'm sorry but the fact you cant kill the small ones off task is ridiculous. Make the drop rate for trident off the small ones lower, instead of 1/200 make it something like 1/512 or 1/1200 as all of their other drops are pretty worthless and either make chance of tentacle impossible unless on the boss or again make it so tent is like 1/5k off of the small ones.

You grind all the way to 87 slayer to get yourself a trident but you don't get a kraken task for another 3m xp or something stupid? by the time you've actually got your trident you're 90+ slayer not 87.

This needs to be looked into because its just ridiculous. There is no point having items unlocked at 87 slayer if you can't even get the items at 87 slayer.
