New Spell: Tekekinetic Load
Requirement: 70-80
Runes: 2 Laws, 5 Air

Reason: Allows people to safe spot and load a cannon, creates a law rune sink for richer players.

Please allow players to switch between "collect" and "bank" when speaking to a banker. This would mirror how you're able to switch between the history and offer pages whilst at the Grand Exchange.

Update the way participation is measured in Pest Control to either include 0s, or drastically reduce the defence of portals while increasing their health pools proportionately.

As it stands, my ironman (67 attack, 70 str, 63 def) is punished for a "lack of zeal" attacking portals and hitting 0s, while the usual group of AFKers are killing Brawlers, Torchers, Shifters, and Defilers and maintaining full participation. As I type this, I'm tabbed out while fighting a brawler to regain participation credit after too many 0s/too long of a walk between portals caused me to dip too low.

I agree. Cape is mastered and should have better bonuses. Combine like max cape + firecape etc.

could you add like a 2.5% or maybe a low % option on the dragon crossbow since it is a dragon item like a 4% accuracy bonus and like a 2% or something attack bonus on it it would make it worthwhile a little but not as much as a dragon hunter crossbow just a suggestion

Not sure if this is the right area, but I've noticed a small "error" when maging Gargoyles. Even after they are down to 0 HP, my character will continue to use one more spell on them before throwing the hammer. I do have the perk to automatically throw the hammer, so that's not the issue. It seems like the game doesn't register that they are low enough on HP until they are already at 0 and are hit again.
