I was thinking maybe include a Hunter minigame, maybe like you take a boat from Feldip Hills to a new island, where you shoot birds or something of the short with a bow and arrow, higher range will increase your chances of scoring the kill.
The minigame itself shouldn't give to much XP, as that would decrease the value of the long time required to get 99 in the skill, but rewards from the minigame could include Hunter clothing (Head, Torso, Legs, and Boots) that when all four pieces are worn, it provides a 2.5% XP boost to all catches using the Hunter skill, similar to the prospector outfit from motherlode. The clothing could be similar to that of a ghillie suit or something of the sort.
Kree'ara pets reduced sound distance. I can hear these pets from quite a few steps away, they're quite annoying and always result in me either leaving the area or turning my sounds off completely.
Bonfires without any extra boosts for multiple people at a fire or the fire spirits. This would be an afk-style way to train firemaking that could also be social. It would suffer a slightly lower xp rate than lighting fire lines but would be less click intensive.

I already made a thread for this after realizing it was in the wrong section.. so ill just paste that here.
Ability to emote while moving
I would like to see the ability to use emotes while moving or following. Runescape needs to see dancing moving party konga lines. Ever wanted to be able to party boy your friend while strolling through catherby? Wait no longer!
This would be a minor change and would not take ages for the devs to code.
I'm sure this is not considered as a small suggestion, but bounty hunter's target system needs to be looked in to. Since it goes by alch values, the risk between targets are not balanced at all.
I can be risking over 1.2m, yet still get people with barely even 80k risk for a target.
Alch values of some specific equipment needs to be looked into as well. These are:
Malediction ward, a shield that costs over 5m and is made by obtaining 3 shards from bosses found within the wilderness and is the second best mage shield in the game...yet, a helmet that costs only 40k (niet) protects over it and even a rune kite has a better alch value.
Serpentine Helm, the best helmet in the game, which a verac brassy can protect over.
Occult, a amulet that is a necessity for mages as too much dps is loss if its not used, but it costs over 900k and
everything
protects over it. This forces mages to risk an additional 900k more than anyone else. This makes it a balance issue. To compare, meleers and rangers only need glories and rangers can even do just fine with a mere power amulet.
OSRS Mage Tank.
Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.
In order to enter the Warriors’ Guild a player must either have an Attack and Strength level that must add up to at least 130 without any boosts or alternatively 99 in one of the skills to be granted entry. I personally believe that the level requirement should be removed or lowered due to the simple fact that the large majority of players that enter the guild are those that seek a defender. The defenders that are currently available range from bronze to dragon but the players that finally gain access have no use for anything in between so they are essentially going to waste. As a player that has a “10hp pure” I extremely struggle with the tedious process of fishing for 2k strength xp/hr which you can quite imagine it feels like a life time trying to get to 99. If the requirements are changed I believe that a lot more people will put the minigames to good use.
Penguins!
I loved the quests and especially the weekly community gathering of penguin hunting.
The xp was nice, the people were even nicer.
If anything, please add weekly penguins.
