The ability to create a portal (in your house) or/and tablets that lead to the wilderness. (Basically, it would allow us to create portal and/or tabs using all of the ancients magic teleports.)

The ability to swap a hole room with an another one in building mode.

Basically, this will allow use to swap the location and orientation of two rooms, while building, without having to destroy and rebuild them.

My idea consists of having a coffer or place within a player owned home can donate any amount of GP.

This would be used and help promote players to have parties and provide players services such as an alter, teleports, and armor repair stations. This feature will also give these hosts a source of income and make construction an even more attractive skill to level.

My idea of where this could be placed is either through a butler or having one located in the entrance square or in the alter room. Other ideas to benefit this would be great!

I think this idea is perfect and would be a great feature and yet will not be overwhelming.

My friends and I have been experiencing issues with the click box of the ladders in the woodcutting guild for redwood trees. I would like to suggest that the click box be expanded for easier access.

The shadow sword from The Generals Shadow mini-quest is a very cool weapon, in my opinion, You should be able to buff it just like the Darklight by fusing it with ancient shards from Kourend catacombs.
For example, let it do additional damage equal to that of a godsword against undead monsters.

Ability to dye your fire cape by using a certain amount of same colored fire lighters from clue scrolls (about 100-500 per cape). this will create a new awesome cosmetic feature as well as make clue scroll a little bit more profitable by giving fire lighters actual practical use. This will also dye your max cape if you fuse it with your already colored fire cape.
