Small suggestion?

Give us another way to obtain bait for fishing anglerfish. Currently, it's the only bait in the game that can't be obtained without paying for it (as far as I know).

Bait - Zombies drop it
Feathers - Kill chickens
Lobbies - don't need bait
Shark, and others - harpoon (which you can hunt to get)
Other fish - big or small net (one time purchase)
Sandworm - 90 gp each

Brutal Black Dragon Suggestion:

Brutal Black Dragons seem to be quite similar to wyverns in amount per drop, yet there is no slayer requirement for them. I think it would be helpful for stopping over crowding of worlds, and prices of the drops, if there was a similar slayer req added to Brutal Black Dragon. Somewhere between 72-76 slayer would be a perfect requirement to kill these.

I have a small, but hopefully popular suggestion.
Since the recent release of Monkey Madness 2 was well received and still has some pretty high requirements and the quest is still very challenging. Could we make it so the legends guild totem also restores prayer? That would make the Quest cape have some even better functionality since there is also a bank at the top right and a fairy ring to the south.

It could make the guild a hub for higher levels since one-click teleports like tabs are useful.

While, I'm at it. Could the bankers maybe be moved or replaced with a bank chest? I know maybe back when the code was written it may not have been easy, but it doesn't make sense for 4 bankers to be in a tiny attic with some chests.

I agree. Even range pures with the right equipment can make about the same profit, or more than wyverns which require 72 slayer. I don't want to suggest exact numbers but I think 72 or 73 would be ok for Brutal black dragons.

While we're on the subject if putting a requirement on one, should the other "brutal" type dragons have added slayer requirements?
On the slayer unlocks there is nothing unlocked from the following levels:
42-45
52-55
60-63
72-75

Maybe we could add a "brutal" variant slayer requirement for Green (I think most people going into the whirlpool will have higher than 45 slayer), Blue, Red, and Black in the spaces that are missing somewhere?

I saw a post made a little sooner by Helm of Rage at 10:18. Saying it could be a slayer unlock for Brutal dragons as tasks costing 100 points. Maybe this could be a way to implement this into the game?
