right now i dont see this server being used. and if the server is empty, you got no one to trade
why would people want to use this server? enough that its actually a success.
this isnt defending the actual idea of a server by saying "just because you think its bad doesnt mean it is bad" i agree with that phrase many good idea people thought were bad originally, but that doesnt mean this is a good idea. and if this is your best. then why would it come to pass?
make a post on reddit. poll the idea there with the community. see if people will want to use it. then atleast if a high portion of the community will want it, that alone will be enough to say sure it can be good idea. i wont use it as id rather have a GE.
