Reading this is depressing because almost literally none of these things happen.
"1) “Noob” is to be restored to its position as the highest insult available."
Why is "noob" an insult when you can call people all sorts of disgusting words that were still quite shocking and would have gotten you muted in 2007 but are passed off as commonplace now?
"2) The threat of being reported is the utmost threat one can make."
Hardly. Jagex are so lenient these days on any non-botting(and even then...) offences that it's almost not worth reporting them. The last thing they want is to lose money from a permanently muted person quitting, God forbid...
"3) Castlewars must be packed in all worlds, with everyone at all times spamming “@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@” or variants thereof."
Castlewars and other minigames are an "exp waste" according to our new dominant "Fast Food Runescape" culture.
"5) Catherby fishing spots are to be a forum for only the finest banter one can produce, be this singing, discussing the current Champion’s League game or any recent topical news story."
Shame that it's mostly packed with bots, and the real players that are there don't talk because socialising is an exp waste.
