I used to merch in w2 fally park in 2006. The old days of standing in a bank trying to find people to buy/sell items with were so time consuming in comparison to post-G.E rs2. When OSRS first launched I quit before the G.E was re-added because there was no way I wanted to relive that experience again.

The one downside however is the lack of interaction with other players.

I'm still here, and I've been here long before the GE. My original account was from 2001, but I properly got the bug in the RS2 transfer, and I've been addicted ever since. Currently running an Iron Man, although my main gives Hans the shivers at how old it is.

Iron Man feels so good, to do things for myself rather than just running to Varrock and buying my wins. Wish i'd jumped on the bandwagon at the beginning rather than just going through the odd session on my main.

Alts are easy to make lol. The GE automates trading which makes it that much more efficient to merch. That's why it needs to be taxed. CoX pet - 52 KC
