Why not make a clan chat?
You can make a thread in Old School Clans, outline your ideas and if people wish to join you, I’m sure they’ll post.
We all want to help new players out, so good luck on this!

Or alternatively, if you wish to give players advice, you can go to the Advice Section and make a thread there!
