John C said he'll be reviewing that method on Monday. It could be a bug, that the % boosts are stacking incorrectly. Guess John will shed some light on the topic soon.

Well I have 18 hours to go till 99 thieving. the 10% for Ardougne shouldn't be stacking with the 10% everywhere.

All I can say is something fishy seems to be going on. I think it has to do with the Ardy cloak and Morytania legs for some reason.

You just need the Ardy hard and Morytania hard tasks completed for the method to work. Seems unintentional.

Why do people think it is something to do with Morytania diary? I tried pickpocketing elves and gnomes and the fail-rate was really high.

It only works for NPCs in the Ardy area, I think the Ardy 2 + Ardy 3 effects are stacking as well.
