i dont think introducing any of that would work or be helpful, the reintroduction of dragon claws and curses would just mean that rushing would be one of the best money making methods possible, also, this game is starting to lose its '07' status, i play this game for the fact that its '07' and im not going to lie i did like runescape when it was in its 2010-11 era, i just much prefer the way it is now, on the 07 server

That's not how international law works. You can't just export someone to a random country to kill him, it doesn't work that way.

In fact, if I understand international law correctly, most of it is done in Hague which I imagine isn't very quick on the death penalty. What with it being abolished in the early 1900s as I recall.

I believe any country that requests extrication could be looked upon favorably and perhaps assisted in their request...As far as use of the death penalty it works..very few are repeat offenders.As they say in Texas if you value your life commit your crimes somewhere else.

yes I am do you know of a better way to reduce repeat offenders....internet criminals affect more people and businesses in today's world than any other crime.
