Jagex was looking into updating what you can use Loyalty points, but that got put on hold while they focus on getting Mobile ready for launch.

Its now on the back burner so I would not expect to see any update for Loyalty points until mid 2019 or later if at all now. Hi.

That's the million dollar question, isn't it? I'm all for more Loyalty items-- the question is, what to add? Purchasing some existing items for points instead of RuneCoins? Adding a bunch of new recolour options (both in terms of new colours for existing recolour items, and adding the ability to recolour more items) for FashionScape? New cosmetics that can only be bought with Points? And if they go the route of adding new Auras, what should they do?

Personally, I'd love to see the ability to buy items with large amounts of LP in place of RC (kind of how a lot of loyalty programs at the supermarkets let you pay with a hefty amount of points instead of cash once you've amassed enough) and add more recolour options. I'm not a huge fan of exclusives and I feel like more Auras is overkill.
