AFAIK there really is no high popularity. 80% of all pro-rerelease phats posts come from that Mr. Rainbow Phat guy.

I wouldnt mind seeing a "rainbow" phat so we can wear it with our rainbow capes.

But i dont like the idea of any phats being on sgs. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
