Party Hats on Solomons is a wonderful idea, and ultimately it's up to Jagex to make it happen, which I think is possible, and I don't see any reasons why it shouldn't.

I think it should, and it could, and I would support it, and I did, and thus, I support it again.

So it might happen but, do you see a reason why it shouldn't because wouldn't it be fun for just about everyone? 'o.0'
