I would like to see permanent unlocks as well and fully expect to see it some day, much like the wealth evaluator.

I see minimal benefit from buying something that only has temporary uses. Which is why I never bought a wealth evaluator until the permanent version was released.

Similarly, I can't see myself buying chameleon extracts unless I can permanently unlock the color.

I recently purchased one thinking it WAS a permanent unlock for a specific color.

About 20 minutes after I used it for a specific outfit, I was sick of it and changed back to my normal skin color.
